We first met Steve when viewing a property locally and got chatting about his company. He was very professional, but also honest about the property he was selling (not usually something you find in an estate agent so we really appreciated it)
We were having a very bad experience with the agents we had chosen to go with so once the end of our contract arrived we removed our property with that agent and went to Next Level property.
Steve got us more viewings in the first 2 weeks than the other company had in the several months we had been on the market with them.
Steve did the property photos himself, and the property went live on rightmost very quickly so there was no hanging around! His fees were very competitive and I believe a good deal considering the service you get.
After we sold our property and bought another place Steve was still very active in getting the property through whereas in the past we have just been abandoned and left to deal with the solicitors ourselves, however, even though we dealt with the solicitors (he also recommended the best solicitor i have used!) mainly if we felt we needed things pushing a bit more Steve was always there to push it along and chase along side us which always helps!
We have already recommended Next Level Property to family and friends.

Steve Bowles is a rare kind of all-round professional. In fact, he is in grave danger of giving estate agents a good name. We knew we were in safe, sensible and highly experienced hands all the way through the process, despite the fact that some other parts of the chain had more spanners than a plumber's van. Starting with the initial valuation, to showing the property, landing us a fair but excellent offer, to keeping an eye on the chain, Steve was a steady presence all the way through to exchange and completion. He was pleasant, professional and proactive exactly when we needed him to be.

After advertising with a high-street estate agent, and being let down, ignored and plagued with time wasters, my wife and I decided to look for a better agent, who actually cared about their job.
My wife found Next Level Property’s advert online and we were impressed with how the adverts were written and displayed, so we decided to try them.
Steve came to the house and immediately impressed us with his friendly nature, his plan to sell the house, and his knowledge of the market.
He set his advert out differently to the other estate agent, focusing on property’s unique traits and backed it up with fantastic pictures that he took himself.
He arranged viewings and we had an offer on the house 3 days after Christmas, within 3 weeks of the house being on the market. Name me another estate agent that could sell a house over the Christmas holiday!
He went above and beyond throughout the whole process, especially after the offer went in, where he remained in constant contact with the buyers, dealt with both side’s solicitors, and even saved the whole sale with a common-sense solution to a major issue that arose.
I can honestly say that Steve single-handedly saved the house sale and is the only reason we’re currently sitting in our new home!
He was a pleasure to work with and he kept us reassured and informed throughout the whole process. He was always there for us, and was often the only person we could reach to update us, as the solicitors on both sides were a nightmare.
I would absolutely recommend Steve to anyone looking to sell their house. I will certainly be going back to him when we come to move again in the future.

My husband and I found Next Level Property last year after previously advertising our home with a well known high street estate agent and getting nowhere with a sale.
Steve was great from start to finish for our house sale. He captured certain factors of our home, wanting highlight the rural nature of it to attract the right buyers, which the previous estate agent didn’t bother to do and was on the market with them for quite a while with little interest!
Steve was committed to getting our home sold - he advertised it in early December and we had an offer by the end of December, we were beyond impressed with how quickly Steve managed to sell our house especially with Christmas being added into the mix! I genuinely believe that if we hadn’t used Next Level Property, we would still have our home on the market now. Steve was very professional and friendly, he handled all of the viewings very well and really tried to sell our home!
Steve went above and beyond for us to secure our sale and help us move forward throughout the entire process; he kept in contact with us, the buyers and all of the solicitors - offering solutions to any problems that came up, chasing up answers from other parties and so on.
Steve works ridiculously hard and does a lot more than he is required to do, he is an absolute gem and we are very grateful to him for helping us sell our home. We are now happily settled in our new home and we wouldn’t hesitate to call Steve if we want to sell again in the future, he has been a life saver! Thank you Steve and Next Level Property - there is not a better estate agent around!

We chose Steve to sell my mum's house as a few months previously he had sold our own property and the whole process had been 'exceptional'. We couldn't have asked for better.
Again, with this sale, everything he did was fully professional and exemplary. He regularly went the extra mile as well as liaising with buyers, keeping in touch with both sets of solicitors and arranging independent surveyors to provide assurances to our buyers.
He kept us regularly informed of progress even though we were out of the country most of the time and brought the sale to a completion quicker than we had anticipated.
Having been in the Estate Agency myself, I can honestly say that Steve is the most knowledgeable, hardworking, approachable and honest agent I have ever come across. I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him to friends and family.
