It's such a stressful process trying to find a property and Lana made the viewing so much less stressful. I noticed how caring and considerate she was towards the owners of the property, and she sold the property in the best possible light. If I was selling I would feel very reassured to know that someone was selling my property who I can trust and who is doing such a great job of it. And she was very kind to me too, taking time to tell me about the area and even show me some lovely things in Ely. She's a delight and I just wanted to thank her for giving me a lovely time in the midst of an otherwise stressful time property searching. Thank you Lana ??????

From day one, it felt like I’d known Patrick my whole life. He made the whole process straightforward, and even during the stressful moments, he put my partner and me completely at ease. After being with Thomas Morris in 2 homes the past 7 years I would definitely recommend them to anyone when renting. Helen has also been a pleasure to work with over the years on my inspections. 9th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)A speedy and professional job by Rod, Aaron and all the staff I dealt with Alexander Jacob. I'll try to keep this short; I had a small property for sale in Retford which had been rented for a while with another estate agent in town and I asked what they thought I could get on a sale and after an extensive discussion they suggested it be marketed at £80k and wouldn't budge on it. I was never going to accept this and a third party(thank you Shane!) suggested I speak with Rod, he told me £100k would be easily achievable and indicated a little work be done, which came to less than £1k and was arranged by AJ, and I sold for £110k. I'm not suggesting that this will be everyone's experience but Alexander Jacob clearly have a far, far better grip on how the local market is trending than some other estate agents in town.

The whole Aspire team were very friendly, very approachable and advice asked for by us and given freely by them. Despite a slow market we eventually both bought and sold within two days.
