Particularly in recent months we have had a great deal of assistance from Shaheen, who not only has managed to find good local resources for updating the property but has always been at the end of the phone to advise and help.

It’s rare to find an estate agent who genuinely goes the extra mile to help their clients, but Helen did exactly that. She was incredibly polite, professional, and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated estate agent. Big shoutout to Helen for making the experience smooth and enjoyable!

From the very start, the team there were helpful, supportive and thorough, guiding us through the entire process. Due to our solicitors, the selling process was not without its stresses but Josh at William H Brown helped in every way he could and provided our buyer with all the reassurance he could, meaning we were able to exchange and complete on time. His communication and expertise were second to none. We would definitely use Josh and the team again snd would definitely recommend them to anyone.

There was a few hiccups during the process but they kept constant communication and updates. 23rd Jul 2024 (20 weeks ago)I highly recommend the T Payne team for both house sale and purchase. My house was originally for sale with another agent but it wasn’t going well. Then I viewed a house to buy with Heidi at T Payne and was so impressed with her that I moved my house sale to T Payne. The market was painfully slow in 2023 but the T Payne team were communicative and I knew they were doing their best. Heidi sold my house in October and I bought the first one she showed me so a double win for the T Payne team! The after sales team, Max and Loraine were also super efficient and my house completed in about 10 weeks so I was happily settled in my new home for Christmas. I also used one of their recommended conveyancers Victoria at Hallam Solicitors who was also excellent. I would not hesitate to work with T Payne again and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Charlotte was very responsive and kept us in the loop at every stage - I have lost count of the amount of times I got a quick phone call from her to tell me what is going on! As first time buyers we were not 100% sure on how the process worked and she was very helpful when we did have questions. We were able to move from starting legal proceedings to completion in just over 2 months, which is far quicker than we could have ever hoped for and I know Ellis Winters played a big role in helping us get there. Thanks to all of the team for making our purchase so smooth!

Edward Stuart had very good reviews so we chose to advertise our house with them. 6 viewings and 2 offers have meant we can move on to looking for our next property with more confidence. They were polite, punctual and professional.
