I was really happy with our experience with NGU, most of which was with Shakil.
We were making rent enquiries for about 6 weeks across different places and agencies.
As we called for a property with NGU we got a viewing on the same day, which was a first. Some other agencies were taking over 2 weeks to arrange viewings on vacant properties.
The thing which impressed me most, particularly with Shakil as he was our lead contact was his speed and efficiency of communication. He usually replied very swiftly to our enquiries which we appreciated.
We have high hopes for a good tenancy with NGU.

Horrible experience. Living in a worst situation even after they have refurbished. Once you start living in it, you get to know the difference between seeing and living. Been more than a month, its almost unavoidable to live.:(
Update: Sorry to say, but I am feeling gutted now. Landlord is trying to save money and we are suffering from the freezing cold night and then taking showers in another nightmare and this is happening since Christmas due to boiler heating issues.
I appreciate your help and support but we are going through a mental stress from the day we moved in this property.

Very reasonably priced and professional with swift action when maintenance is required with excellent customer service and always go the extra mile. Oooo may.! I have seen some properties with this estate company .! And at some point I placed an offer to one of the property . After 1 hours or so I received a call from a guy there cal himself Jon .!He was questioned my ofer what I put so less. Because he got higher ofers even a lot higher then the house is listed and advertised .! I said that is my offer . And then he was laughing on me that I am not realistic . Because I am not pay him way he wants .! They are a joke :! Don’t use them people very very unprofessional

Rude people my partner with autism was at a viewing was interested in renting. Called them up and there said 2 mins we will get the information for you. Then she changed her mind on the call said we have other interested we will call you back. Discrimination against people.

Main focus of this review is Shakil. There were some delays with the refurbishment work after the previous tenant departed but once this was completed, Shakil took over and property was marketed, suitable tenants selected, vetted and an early move in date with a good rent was agreed. All this took place over a surprisingly short space of time so well done
