Mixed opinions, property was overpriced at first but did get a buyer when at a realistic price.
Unfortunately we lost our buyer & had to wait for another which happened very quickly.
They did try very hard to help us but did find female staff could do with a bit more training in selling properties.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Friendly, reliable and fast. Always on the end of the phone if needed. Nothing too much or a bother for them. Have used Pettengells for several house sales and purchases now, and cannot fault them. Highly recommended.

Pettengells sold both my new builds in New Milton despite promises by other estate agents. The whole team were extremely professional and polite and and always kept me updated with the sale. The sale went through smoothly. They even went an extra length to check the vacant properties before and during the sale.
