We chose Spencers because we liked their more engaging and less ‘hard sales’ but still highly professional approach. Also, when searching for the right agent, we were advised by many, that our property would likely be attractive to the London market. Spencer’s offered the benefits of a London office and this helped facilitate potential buyers looking to relocate.
We found the marketing materials produced to accompany the sale of high quality and this was supported by their social media activity.
Our selling journey hasn’t been without its challenges. Pretty stressful at times but we believe Spencer’s tenacity and less aggressive approach, have been contributory to reaching a positive conclusion in the end.
We were fortunate enough to achieve within 3% of our guide price, which in the current housing market, we were more than happy with.
Particularly thankful to Jack, for bearing with us and the difficult conversations he had to deal with.
