13th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)5 stars aren't enough to rate the experience I had today. :) Moving home can be very stressful, but Eleni from the Lymington branch was an absolute star and made it the best experience I've had in years. Eleni was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and her positivity was absolutely contagious. I started the experience with high anxiety, and feeling like if I not only found my dream home but also a "friend". I lived in 6 different countries, moved over 20 times and this has been by far the best experience out of all of them. Couldn't recommend the services more.

Our property was sensibly priced following their advice, attracting several viewings and securing an acceptable offer after 1 week on the market. We were kept informed throughout the process and really felt they had our back but also supported the buyer. Would highly recommend this estate agent based on our experience.
20th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Terrible experience. The viewing of a £1.5 million home in Burley was handled by a very inexperienced agent, which made the entire process feel awkward and unprofessional. The property itself also appeared significantly overpriced and had clearly been on the market for quite some time.
25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)A 'thank you' really isn't enough for the tremendous support from the Poole Sales team - especially Michelle - and the move manager Zaria in the recent sale of my property. They went above and beyond in managing the challenges that arose and, through their efforts, we managed an 11th hour exchange and complete on the property. Every effort was made to keep me in the loop throughout the process; all in all an excellent level of service.

Huge thanks.- 6th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)The valuation representative was very competent, courteous, supportive and very observant, understanding why things had been designed the way they are. The photographer presenting our property was more thoughtful and his pictures were better than others. From feedback received, it was clear that this agent actively, and positively, sells the advantages of the property to viewers. Finally this agent has been innovative with the intent of getting everything right.

We listed with Winkworth initially because the house we wanted was listed with them, and I am so glad we did. They kept us informed of at all steps in the process. They provided feedback we received from viewings - no matter how silly some of the feedback was. They communicated with us and all people (buyers, sellers, mortgage advisors, surveyors and solicitors) in the chain and helped to move things along when we honestly felt like things were grinding to a halt and I was ready to give up on our buyers. Moving is was a very stressful process, but, Nikki, Immogen and Hannah made it that much less stressful.

17th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had a fantastic experience with Pettengells New Milton who succeeded where others had failed. From the moment Kevin came to see our place, we had viewings lined up almost immediately and a were kept up to date with the feedback. They always returned our calls when asked to and a special shout out to Matthew who provided such a calming, reassurance when things seemed to be getting a little stressful in the chain. Sold at a reasonable price which shows it was priced correctly from the off with no over promising from the estate agent as some do. From our first meeting to handing our keys over, we have had nothing but a positive experience. Would highly recommend.

They were always willing to answer questions and made everything feel straightforward. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I was kept well informed at every stage, and any queries I had were dealt with promptly and clearly. It really made a difference knowing I could rely on them to keep me updated. Overall, a professional and supportive service that I would definitely recommend.

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

Advice offered, honest experience led answers given to questions and a friendly voice at the end of the phone during a stressful few days of closing the deal. This is an estate agent run by people who care, know their stuff and work to ensure all parties are happy with the result. Communication was on point getting answers from the vendor quickly as well as answering questions outside of ‘normal’ working hours all to help ensure the process went smoothly. Thank you.
25th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Nick provided an excellent service, got my house sold after I saw a property that I really wanted a few weeks before. The way he promoted our beloved family home with aerial views via drones, and show cased the photos and video really promoted it was amazing, which brought in viewings and finally someone viewed my home three times and an offer was made and we sold it, in the meantime the property I wanted was still for sale, offer went in and today we sit in our new home having moved 24/04/26. Well done Nick it is something to be proud of.
