18th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I had to sell my parents property in the area and had no knowledge of the local estate agents, so looked to GetAgent for recommendations. Mitchells were top of the 3 recommended agents in the area and after using them for the sale, I can see why. They have a very good understanding of the local housing market and their valuation was spot-on. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, and a pleasure to deal with. They found an ideal buyer for the property within the first week and kept me informed throughout the whole process. From my own personal experience with Mitchells New Milton, I would not hesitate to recommend them.
9th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

As a first time auction seller my dad was a little unsure how complicated it might be but was pleasantly surprised, the entire process went very smoothly. We couldn't recommend her and the rest of the team highly enough, always went above and beyond. Surpassed all expectations in every way, my dad was delighted with the result, as was I. Every member of the Team delivers exceptional customer care with every aspect of my contract from marketing, Tenancy checks, renewals, rental statements, inspections & Tenants’ call outs. They are fantastic communicators, deal with all actions in a timely manner & they manage my Tenants & me with consideration & care. Thacker & Revitt have worked hard to develop a sublime list of Preferred Suppliers to handle any call outs. They clearly ensure that everyone on their list prices the jobs fairly. All call outs are attended to swiftly & carried out to a high standard. I particularly like the fact that Thacker & Revitt use mostly local, family run businesses for call outs & maintenance jobs. I highly recommend Thacker & Revitt property needs be they Sales or Rentals…best decision I ever made!

12th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Mixed opinions, property was overpriced at first but did get a buyer when at a realistic price. Unfortunately we lost our buyer & had to wait for another which happened very quickly. They did try very hard to help us but did find female staff could do with a bit more training in selling properties.

I wasted 19 weeks in contract with these people, their office is never constantly open, it's closed weekends????. In 19 weeks I had 3 viewings, went with another agent and had 12 within 7 days!!!. In my experience a very lazy ineffectual agent that doesn't engage with market trends/valuations, no feedback given on viewings and no sales strategy to get your property sold. Completely wasted 5 months of my time
