A bit late posting this, but just wanted to say that the whole team at Oulsnam Bournville were just the best when we bought through them recently. Lovely people, super communicative & plain speaking (no jargon!)
They helped us navigate quite a tricky purchase due to probate and renegotiations after the survey, but it felt like they weren’t taking sides but trying to ensure a fair outcome for all.
Highly recommended, though we have no intention of selling the lovely house we bought from them and are in the process of renovating.
5 stars all round thanks ????

From my first interactions with the Bournville team I had a good feeling about them, I felt very comfortable dealing with them, something I definitely can't say about other estate agencies I approached. As a first time buyer Karen and Emma were both great at helping me with the buying process, kept me informed at every point and we're incredibly helpful. Would very much recommend using Oulsnam and would use them in the future if I have need of an estate agent.

Great experience buying my first property through Oulsnam. Liz was amazing throughout - had answers to all my questions during the viewing and knew the property well. Throughout the process was really efficient liaising between myself and the seller. Liz kept everything moving quickly despite being in a very long chain. Would definitely buy and sell future properties through Oulsnam.

Having just received an offer from a likely buyer of my mother’s bungalow, my family have been impressed by the efficiency of the Oulsnam team.
They have worked hard to advertise the property and to enable prospective buyers to view ASAP, which has led to a speedy offer which we hope will lead to a definite sale.
In addition the team have made sure they kept my sister and me informed of progress at all times.

Agent was always on time for viewings and promptly replied to email/phone queries. Nothing was too much trouble for Samantha and I was able to secure the property without any problems. When I collected the keys to my new home I was given a ‘welcome pack’ which was a lovely start to my new life in Bournville.

I was very impressed with the efficiency of Oulsnam's - at a time sadly when so many other organisations have forgotten the basics of customer service. Always responsive, professional and pleasant to deal with. The photography and video service was also of a high quality. I would definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service to others.

From the Branch Manager's first visit, we felt we were in good hands. Rachel's advice about price and all sorts of practical aspects of the move were marvellous - and proved to have been completely accurate as things turned out. All the help from her colleagues was prompt and efficient and always friendly. Fantastic service from start to finsh from the Bournville branch. They made the process so smooth and stress free. Rachel completed the initial valuation and through her knowledge and expertise helped us to agree on an asking price that was fair. We received multiple offers on the first viewings dealt with by Samantha and we accepted the same day. Samantha then dealt with all of the queries during the sale process, keeping us informed regularly. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

The service from Robert Oulsnam in Bournville was little short of excellent. Our main contact at this branch was Becky Price, from showing us round the property right through to the completion day. Becky was always right up to date with how things were progressing, extremely courteous and above all displayed enormous amounts of patience, as it wasn’t an easy ride! If she was on holiday, her colleagues were always well aware of progress on the purchase and were also polite and thoughtful.
I can absolutely recommend them.
