You would think that they would know how to treat customers??? But no davey the lister bullied me into putting my house on the market telling me I had several buyers???
3 months later no one even bothered to call me regarding viewings were are these buyers?? That I was promised?? As soon as I signed my contract I heard nothing from them!!! It's not the first time they have done this, my cousin was treated the same way!!! Jess who works there shocking tried to ask her what is going on and nothing no call backs I am always calling them!!!! Branch manager not even bothered with my concerns PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE, ITS ALL LIES!!!!
I have recently completed the purchase of a property through Dixons Selly Oak, and it was handled very professionally. All the team members were extremely helpful and due to this I was able to complete within the time frame. Highly recommend Sam and Stephanie whose dedicated support was invaluable.
I am a landlord.
I assumed that because Dixon’s is a big name and reputable estate agent, my property would be safe in their hands. I was wrong.
I received a call telling me the current tenants will be leaving however they are unable to let my property as the tenants have left it in an un-lettable state.
These tenants found and vetted by Dixon’s have left my house damaged, vandalised and dirty. These are the kind of tenants Dixon’s have put into my property.
To add insult to injury, they send me a quote for thousands of pounds to put the property back into a lettable state.
I am still chasing them to get the deposit from the tenants, no luck so far.
I have decided to take back the management of my property because whilst Dixon’s is happy to charge and take letting and management fee from myself and the tenants they are incapable of providing a good service to landlords.
If you are a landlord, I would personally advise against giving your house to Dixon’s. I would suggest instead you find a team of builders and manage the property yourselves.
This experience has put me off agents and I am thoroughly disappointed with Dixon’s and the costly bill I have been left with as a result of their tenants, not to mention the empty property which I cannot let.
We both bought and sold through Robert Oulsnam's Northfield branch. They were very professional, kept us up to date with the progress of both the sale and purchase and the staff were incredibly friendly.
Will definitely consider using them again in the future.
The team surpassed our expectations in every way; right from the initial home valuation until a follow up call after our move. I cannot recommend them enough.
Rubbish avoid these even if you are desperate to sale poor marketing after 8 months 3 viewing. Advertising my home as flat when it is a house it said on deeds it is an offence to say a flat when a house that they made a mistake as they have a similar property has a house they rent out I pointed this out and I might as well talk to a dead wall. They kept knocking me down for the price I would give them zero. Tracey
I could not ask for a better agency and agent. Mike Briggs was very helpful, he walked me through every little detail, showed me a lot of apartments that matched my criteria and helped me move into my apartment very soon! Thanks a lot for everything!!!
Absolute bunch of incompetents!
There is no communication within the members of staff, like not at all and we are disputing the cleaning charges they are trying to take out of our deposit as we have left the property in a very good condition and we have cleaned thoroughly and they have sent an email saying the deposit has been released although we were disputing it?! WHY ARE YOU PEOPLE NOT TALKING TO EACH OTHER?!
I am absolutely disgusted with the service we have received, your customer service skills are out the window, I don’t even think you know the meaning of that and your staff’s incompetence is beyond terrible.
Stay well clear of this letting agency, I will make sure I make everyone aware of their “services”, shame there isn’t a minus star option.
