Oliver worked with was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, made the paperwork straightforward, and handed over the keys without any hassle. Overall, the service was smooth and efficient, and I felt well supported at every step. I’m very happy with how everything was handled and would definitely recommend Connells Birmingham to others looking for a property. Specially thanks to Oliver

24th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Definitely recommend! A total of 10 weeks from first viewing to completion day. A smooth process can’t believe how easy it was especially as first time buyers. Hannah and Sam from the Shirley branch have been absolutely amazing the communication has been soo easy and had instant replies. I definitely recommend these guys so professional so lovely and understanding. In complete shock atm but thank you guys for everything i really appreciate it.
25th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)Very poor experience with this estate agent. Three days ago, I managed to get through on the phone, but was told they were busy and that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, that call never came. Since then, I’ve tried contacting them again multiple times over the past two days, but no one answers the phone and there’s still been no callback. It’s extremely frustrating to be left waiting with no communication at all. A simple return call would have made a big difference, but the complete lack of follow-up and responsiveness feels very unprofessional. 29th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Highly recommend!!! I chose to use Your Move, because I liked the idea of using the 'open house' and 'offers over' method of marketing. I have sold several houses over the years and this was by far the quickest, smoothest and definitely most stress free sale I've made. Total transaction time, 9.5 weeks from the first appraisal with Paul to completion. My property was available with vacant possession and I wanted to be able to hand over the keys and just let the agent do what they were being paid to do. This was certainly the case. My sale was handled by Sadie who is clearly very experienced at what she does. She kept me updated with progress on a weekly basis and all communication with her was clear and concise. Your Move were definitely not the cheapest agent on the High Street and Paul was upfront about this at our first meeting. I did have to take this into consideration obviously. However, all things considered, I definitely made the right decision to appoint Your Move and Sadie did a fabulous job. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Holding deposit is taken immediately (non-refundable), while delays continue. On top of that, responses are often rude and unhelpful.

22nd Apr 2026 (11 days ago)I have only good words to say about the team at Bayzos. My experience was so much better than I’ve had previous with other agents. Bayzos appear to have thought about what the customer wants and needs and have done everything they can to make it happen. From the initial contact, valuation and advice on what I could do to add to the appeal of the house - thanks James, to the viewings arranged and managed by Leah - immediate comms and feedback on WhatsApp made me feel completely confident in the process. Then support from Jack and also the constant comms and pushing from sales progression team Karen and Michelle. I’ve probably forgotten someone! Seamless and professional but also personal. Thank you!

8th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)I used Dixons for the sale of my property. Becky came out and conducted her valuation. Her customer service is amazing, she was very approachable, friendly and professional. Becky was always there to help with all the solicitors paperwork. Naif came and did the viewings, he was always happy and made me feel at ease with the sale. Overall i would reccomend Dixons Yardley.
