6th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Acres have been extremely good regarding the sale of my mother's home. We had 3 quotes. Acres appeared to be the most realistic. In fact, they achieved 92%. Another valuation would have achieved just 78%. They were also the best value for money. They were very professional all the way through. They produced a great brochure that attracted a dozen viewings within a fortnight and an offer that we were happy to accept. Lorraine guided us through the whole process brilliantly, answering our questions, giving advice, in a friendly manner all through what became a difficult process for us. Thank you.

12th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)No called and no showed our first viewing, another viewing there was an issue with the lock and we were told we would be updated within a few days to resolve the issue and get us in for a viewing only to hear nothing. The next week my partner and I had both attempted to contact the branch only to be ignored, 4 weeks on we have still heard nothing back. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience with some of the worst communication I've ever received from a business! Would not recommend

15th Jun 2026 (2 days ago)Having to edit this review due to massive negligence from Dixons..., as a tenant of a property they let to me, they rushed me and my family in without telling us that the property was still for sale, not one word was said but my main gripe is the way are dealing with a blocked drain that has caused raw sewage to come into my garden..., 2 weeks ago I reported the problem and still my landlord hasn't dealt with the situation and Dixons are just nonchalant about the whole thing! Absolutely poor the way they are dealing with this. Me and my partner dealt with Dixons for a rental property, the whole process was easy and I must say ran very smoothly and quickly, I'd say thats down to staff, notably Eve and Eliza. 1st Jun 2026 (16 days ago)We had planned to stay at one of their properties however it was trashed when we arrived, had drugs on the side and have had 0 help from the company. Ignoring messages and no reply since. When we initially got there the fob to access the building wasn't in the lockbox and no one replied to our calls our messages. Terrible experience and somehow even worse customer service.
