We were helped and guided through the process by Kate Knight and Stacey Pickering who were both very polite and professional. Photos were taken promptly and were of high quality. We sold within a week which was fantastic! Tammy then worked tirelessly to coordinate the large chain and due to her efforts the chain remained together and we were successful in completing. Communication was managed well and updates delivered in a sensitive manner at all times. Thank you all at AP Morgan, especially Tammy. Would definitely instruct AP Morgan again.

I’ve enquired by phone and email to view several of their properties for the last month, and have rarely got hold of someone by phone or email. Let me down for a valuation after a confirmed booking. Did not call to cancel or rearrange. Lied on the phone claiming they called twice to rearrange on the day. Cowboy operation... This office is a joke! Stay away from them.

1st Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)Huge thank you to Harry at Dixons who helped us massively today when our front door broke and the children and I were locked in. The issue was solved in a matter of hours thanks to his involvement. He didn't just report and run, he kept in constant contact with both us and the locksmith and was understanding and most importantly kind.
