All of the staff at Bairstow Eves were a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. They made the process easy and as stress free as possible. I will definitely recommending them to friends and family.
Trust me, NEVER use their mortgage services. I have never endured such a painstaking process as having to sit in front of someone called 'major', one of their so called mortgage advisors. Basically it's a three hour pitch selling you insurance after insurance.
The mortgage deal I had found myself and went in with was far superior to what they had offered, three meetings later. They try to wear you down. The rate they offered couldve been disclosed within 5 minutes at the first meeting, not 3 meetings later. I am disgusted.
Ryan at Dixons provided an excellent and speedy service, right from first viewing to moving in. I would highly recommend their service.
I am very disappointed with the lack of costumer service i received from Paul Orme, I have been accused of wasting his time when I went to view a property which was above my budget over the weekend.As its upto me if i can afford it or not. also this is not the first time he spoke to me like this, He has spoken to me in an appropriate manner before viewing the property as saying i dont want any time wasters, it is my preference of the size of the house id prefer or where and how much. I think jimmy was more better and had more understanding and better service. after speaking to Paul it has put me of buying or selling any property in the near future.

Useless service. Deliberately ignoring my calls simply because I was not interested in taking a mortgage out with them and was only interested in the house. Ignored my calls 10 times but surprisingly answered straight away on my friend's phone. Do not use Burchell Edwards as they are only interested in your money.
I have just bought my second investment property from Dixons. There were some serious issues related to the purchase caused by my business partner. Despite this and the understandable frustration it caused the seller, Sarah and Sam at the Erdington branch of Dixons were excellent. They were really supportive and understood what this purchase meant to me based on the great relationship I have built with them. I'm very grateful to both of them for being part of this ultimately successful purchase and I look forward to doing business with them again soon.

Absolute time wasters. I have been actively looking for a property to rent. Three weeks ago I contacted the agent, to book a viewing, agent called me back a week later to inform me viewing was cancelled, as the property was taken, I was a little disappointed but thought hey, I then showed an interest to another property, this time speaking to another agent, the agent booked me in, funny enough on the same day, I received an email from agent when I first called them, about another property, this one didn't quite catch my eye, but I agreed to view it, I was honest, informing them, it was not for me, after the viewing, I mentioned the property that I really liked, agent said you would really like this one, re-confirming the booking on 11/06/2020 at 16:45, on the day I tried to contact the office, to confirm the go ahead, no answer, I tried several times, then received a text at 16:20, second time round ''Your viewing for …….. has been cancelled as the property is no longer available. Thanks Dixons', it makes me wonder if they just pick and choose who they want as tenants,, cancelled on me twice, It would be good to see record, of how many people made an enquiry, date and time, I'm sure I was one of the first, where's the fairness in that, not even a viewing, again absolute time wasters!!
We have used Robert Oulsnam a number of times over the years to both buy and sell. More recently the Northfield office dealt with the sale of my dads flat. My dad suffered an initial disappointment with a sale falling through on a sheltered housing flat he was buying, but successfully secured a sale with the Bournville office. Both offices worked wonderfully well together to make the process run smoothly. Gary and Ann were wonderful and very compassionate with my dad. Gary provided great customer care after service too to check on how we were as I was going through breast cancer at the time and my dad had a spell in hospital. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Oulsnam time and time again for their high standards of customer care.

She was so lovely and rang me regular as clockwork every week. I actually looked forward to our chats she has a great sense of humour and is so easy to talk to.
I had regular text about viewings and calls to update me on things.
They were easily contactable and if they were ever on another they would call me back swiftly.
I had lost my father and dealing with the grief and shock of losing him and then the prospect of selling his apartment was overwhelming me. Both Smart Homes and Davidson’s in Solihull my solicitors took all the stress and did everything for me even down to taking final gas , water and electric meter readings. No one could have made the sale of the apartment any smoother.
