5 Star service from Holly for selling my house. I have never met someone with such dedication to her job. The communication was out of this world and she went above and beyond to make sure the sale of my house went as smooth as possible. She really is a asset to the Aldershot branch and I would highly recommend using Romans if you are wanting to sell your house, then go and see Holly. Amazing and fantastic performance.

AVOID AVOID AVOID the rentals side of Romans, especially if you are a student, or the guarantor of one! My child's tenancy started shambolically with the lease being sent to me at 5pm the day before moving day, and then endless phone calls chasing me to sign it, when I had been asking for it for days. Romans were also extremely underhand telling myself and another guarantor that the other had agreed to also be guarantor for the other student who didn't have a a guarantor - it hadn't even been mentioned to us!
On moving in, the property was filthy and full of mould - the freezer was still full of food from the previous tenants, even though Romans swore blind it had been professionally cleaned, although the inventory told a different story, when we eventually were given it some weeks later and rated the property poorly.
Within a month, the property, which we'd signed a year's lease for, was put up for sale, and the first we knew was when someone came to measure up for a floor plan. No courtesy comm's from Romans to the tenants or guarantors at all to explain the situation.
The tenancy has ended, thankfully, but again that was shambolic, unprofessional and illegal, with Romans handing the keys to the new tenants BEFORE our tenancy ended, and before all our possessions had been moved out.
It seems that if you are renting as a student, and remember student houses are paying WAY above market rent for the whole property, you are treated as a third class citizen. Or maybe this is just how Romans operate - no professionalism, no communication and not to be trusted. The only positive was that TS stepped in to sort the end of tenancy chaos out quickly where others had failed miserably but even he didn't have the correct end date of the tenancy, so comm's within Romans is clearly an issue too.

I had a wonderful renting experience with Romans, Aldershot, specifically Will C and Ninda! They were both extremely supportive and very accommodating of my busy schedule around working in a full time hospitality business! The experience I had with Will and Ninda was night and day compared to my previous and stressful experience with a different estate agent which came as a breath of fresh air in all honesty, I cannot recommend Romans, Aldershot and Will and Ninda highly enough for their professionalism during a highly stressful time in my life, thank you both very much!

Very kind and supportive staff, I struggled a lot with the technical issues and finding a Garentour but they have amazing staff who were quick to respond and help me with everything I had to do to get my property. William Clarke and Jacob Compton were perfect and should be role models for other staff and how to probably help your customers with customer service!

Aldershot Romans, well what can I say?
I have never had such a good service, especially with Will. He took us through everything we needed to do and explained what was happening and why things were the way they were. Nothing wrong at all he is brilliant. Will's customer service is up and beyond anyone I have ever dealt with. From start to finish, I honestly can't praise him and the team enough, because of this stressful time, Will made things easy. Thank you, Will.
Romans, you have got a great asset working for you, plus not forgetting the Aldershot team.
My number one choice of Estate Agents is sorry, Romans every time.
