4th May 2025 (15 days ago)I am very pleased that I had to deal with Mr Giles Sparkes from Foxtons in Guildford because he was 100% dedicated, professional, he has excellent communication skills and made me feel comfortable and confident when he was dealing with the sale of my property and especially during the process to exchange and completion where he coordinated everyone so well. Thanks to all the team that supported Mr Sparkes to achieve the successful results which shows that he is a good team leader as well.

Sadly I had a couple of attempts that fell through mostly due to quirkiness of the property but Simon persevered advising options to promote the sale. He has been honest with me, a great communicator and if being honest, I have found this sale far easier than previous 3 sales with other agents.

I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

She was available all the time to answer any questions I had and would always return my calls. She explained everything really well and clearly. I felt so supported through the process. She assisted me with finding the right mortgage provider for me and my particular situation. I also appreciated her friendly disposition. 29th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)We chose to go with Winkworth because of Henry's knowledge of the £1m+ market in Farnham and his confidence that he could achieve the full asking price. We certainly didn't regret the decision and in fact sold our property prior to the wider launch on Rightmove (and for a higher price than that proposed by another premium national estate agent). Throughout the process Henry kept the momentum at every obstacle and retained his positive and enthusiastic outlook. I would have no hesitation in recommending Henry, Chelsea and his team at Winkworth Farnham.
