2nd May 2026 (2 days ago)The Knights Property Services team have been amazing start to finish throughout the process of buying our property, and we’d highly recommend them. Joel was great at the start and really helped us kick things off to the point of buying the property. We were then handed over to Andy, who supported us the rest of the way. He was super helpful and always there to answer our questions or chase things up for us. Communication throughout was great and we were kept up to date on progress, and we always felt in safe hands. The only thing we would have improved was the length of the initial viewing, as we only had 15 minutes.

I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

Nicola was incredibly helpful at the start of the process, guiding me through everything clearly and making what can be a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Michele was also excellent throughout, especially as things progressed. She was proactive, responsive, and always willing to help resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. Moving can be stressful, but both Nicola and Michele made the whole experience much smoother through their communication, professionalism, and support. I’d definitely recommend Bridges Lettings to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful letting agent.

They stood out from the first initial consultation, when Henry listened to us and answered our questions rather than giving us a sales pitch. They are all warm, friendly, professional and responsive. They have maintained regular and frequent contact throughout which has been especially helpful during the challenging times! When we weren't getting answers from our buyer's solicitors they were always on hand to chase and provide updates. I wholeheartedly recommend Winkworth Sales and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We found the perfect property with Waterfords who were handling the vendor with the upmost care and professionalism. The property was above our agreed selling point and mortgage combined but thankfully with savings and top negotiations by Chris & Henry at Waterfords, we were able to secure our dream forever home and complete the purchase in March 2026. We are over the moon and thank Waterfords for liaising with solicitors and all the parties of the property chain to get the job done. Its 5 stars from us.

The process ran smoothly from valuation to viewings right through to exchange/completion. I dealt with Jon mainly, he kept in touch throughout the process, providing regular updates I had a buyer within 2 weeks of the property going on the market, and completion within 3 months. Jon was always proactive, responsive, efficient, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Greg James, my buyers also said the experience was spot on from their point of view.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

They were swift in the process throughout specifically David who I was dealing with. Full transparency is we unfortunately did find the one bad egg of a tenant but with David’s relentless help and work ethic he over saw everything and ensured a painless experience despite the negative outcome of the tenant. Professionalism at its finest and work ethic that can not be ignored! Thankyou Bourne and hope to do more business again soon!
