26th Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)I have met Daniel Berber when I was looking for a place to rent. I’ve been here in the UK for 3months and it’s quite hard to search and look for house to rent. Of all the agents I’ve met, he’s the only one I’ve given a google review. This is because he is the BEST! He was incredibly communicative! Very warm and approachable. He will answer calls and emails and will keep you informed about the development/ progress. I would definitely recommend him and will not hesitate to come back to him in case I need to search for properties to rent again. He is amazing! He also provided support beyond just the transaction/negotiation. His genuine care is within him and he is simply the best. Foxton is lucky to have him, same with all the clients he helped and he will help in the future. Keep it up Daniel!

Sadly I had a couple of attempts that fell through mostly due to quirkiness of the property but Simon persevered advising options to promote the sale. He has been honest with me, a great communicator and if being honest, I have found this sale far easier than previous 3 sales with other agents.

I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

29th Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)We chose to go with Winkworth because of Henry's knowledge of the £1m+ market in Farnham and his confidence that he could achieve the full asking price. We certainly didn't regret the decision and in fact sold our property prior to the wider launch on Rightmove (and for a higher price than that proposed by another premium national estate agent). Throughout the process Henry kept the momentum at every obstacle and retained his positive and enthusiastic outlook. I would have no hesitation in recommending Henry, Chelsea and his team at Winkworth Farnham.

Communication throughout the whole process was excellent and the team at Seymour's particularly Clive was excellent at keeping in constant communication with the entire chain. 2nd Jan 2025 (16 days ago)We had struggled to sell out shared ownership flat for months with Whitenights. We had sold, but the previous chain fell apart. Whitenights found a series of completely unsuitable buyers, causing us to lose the previous property that we were buying. We changed to Sarah & Georgina at Avocado, who were a breath of fresh air. Found us the right buyer- even when a sale fell through again, and went the extra mile at every single step of the way. Such as doing the vetting for Housing solutions up front, to reduce chance of people dropping out. We remain convinced that the only reason we moved is because of Sarah & Georgina's expertise & dedication
