Seoul Estate agents is one of the best establishments I have visited. They are very professional and go that extra mile to assist and advise their clients. I even shared my hobby of travelling to towns and cities outside London and in the countryside areas of UK. The staff seem to know the areas very well, including the housing market trends . Additionally, they also seem to know the hidden gems of many places outside of London, such as in Yorkshire, Greater Manchester, Leicestershire and many others counties within UK. So I was able to connect with the staff on this level too. You guys are awesome. Thank you.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with the Seoul estate agency (New Malden) while selling our house. I was very happy with the service we received throughout the process - from the first meeting to the closing of the deal, they were professional and knowledgeable. In my opinion, what set them apart was their willingness to go that extra mile.
Our agent, Tao, understood our situation and was patient and pragmatic. When we found a buyer, Tao was great at communicating with all parties in the chain to ensure everyone was aligned.

I’m honestly shocked by all the positive reviews for SeOUL Estate Agents because my experience was the complete opposite. From the moment I contacted them, they were incredibly dismissive and made me feel like they had no interest in showing us the property.
Their tone on the phone was uninterested and unprofessional. They promised to call back to arrange a viewing but, of course, they never did. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism is baffling, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!
