The entire experience was fantastic. Linda found for me 5-6 properties that were in range of my original budget and never tried to go above it. All very good and was hard to make a decision. From the point of making an offer to completing, only took 4 months! She gave me advice, regular updates, and applied necessary pressure to the seller to ensure everything went as planned. Highly recommended!
Unfortunately our experience with KFH has been very poor.
They operate as Block Manager for a new development we have bought almost a year ago now.
They have already taken the service fee from us (we are 105 in total) but up to now the all block is in a critical state:
- poor cleaning (pigeon excrement all over the inside parking block, posing a threat to health of residents, lifts not working and taking unreasonably long time to be fixed, posing a serious risk especially to the pregnant woman and new mums here in the building) - parking spaces not enforced (causing tension between residents and also causing people from outside the block leaving their cars here).
Really disappointed and worried about the state of our new development in Cricklewood.
As residents we are really worried about the management of our flats and have growing concerns about the seriousness and professionalism of KFH.
Sally from KFH was absolutely brilliant. I stopped by the Tooting store and she immediately understood exactly what I was looking for and even went through a couple of options outside of what I had in mind as 'wild cards'. Sally wasn't pushy at all, took me on one viewing to the perfect property and I've been living there for the past month.
I couldn't have asked for anything more and would always work with Sally in the future!
It's been two months since we've moved out and we still didn't get the deposit back!!! Blood-sucking leaches!! Think 3 times before renting from them
Dimitri and the rest of the team at KFH, have been absolutely amazing to deal with. We always got a fast reply to all the thousand questions we could have and our move in have just been complete smooth without any problems. It’s a letting agency I can recommend !
The agents (both in Lettings and sales) are rude and arrogant. My 80 year old frail mum who was buying a flat in Kingston with KFH in July was treated in a deplorable way. The lady dealing with the sale (Ashliegh) was not present so the others around just left her begging for a ride to the property as she didn't know the bus route and the surveyor was waiting for her at the property. She instead came to kfh and begged them for a ride to the property. I would not recommend this agent to anyone. They lack simple courtesy and humanity! I called to complain and was told the agent who was the rudest to her behaved in that way because he was already on a termination notice. There are many other good agents around, please steer clear of this one.
Jordan was the agent who had to help us out. He was truly amazing and even helped us out on his days off. He did his best to make sure we had our property on time. I would Recommend!!

Very Rude and unprofessional and disrespectful staff at goodfellows Morden Letting branch, please be mindful when you talk to some of the staff as they are very aggressive and can charge at you, as I had very bad experience dealing with them, In my view staff need lesson in customer service and behavior, as they seems to behave like hooligans
Drinks from the excellent gin menu. The nicest place for a very late drink in the whole of London. The staff are friendly and professional. The snacks are delicious.
For a place that stands for impeccable service, we receive appaling level of attentiveness from the staff at the afternoon tea/ dinner service. Its the holidays and they must have been busier than usual but overwhelmed is not something I expect given their reputation. Definitely not worth the spend and time.
Best customer service around, super straight forward and the whole Team is amazing at answering any questions and building a relationship with you. Sold my Property within 7 weeks and got me an amazing price.
Would recommend Laurels for anyone selling a Property. Thank you to Liam, Rob, April and Leigh for all their help and support.
A thoroughly stressful and unpleasant experience using Laurels. Rob at Laurels repeatedly let us down whilst marketing our property, Was unresponsive, often not responding to calls or emails. We have some suspicions of being misled or worse, lied to, regarding offers received on our property. I should stress these are suspicions at this stage and investigations into this are ongoing. In our opinion, the poor service from Rob at Laurels cost us a perfect home to move into and almost lost the seller of this home thousands of pounds through loss of a deposit. My personal recommendation would be to save yourself the stress and hassle and go with agents with a long track record of excellent customer service. In Epsom, Cairds are a much better agent in my opinion and charge the same fees as Laurels, or Greenfields in the Surbiton area. Please don’t be misled by the notion that Laurels are much cheaper than well established High Street Agents are this certainly wasn’t the case in my experience. My advice, avoid.
