Very happy with the service received from Jack in the Wimbledon Hill branch. He kept me in the loop at all time throughout the lettings process, calling to let me know of developments, even when the letting process had moved onto another department. i don't usually write reviews for this time of thing, but Jack made the process extremely easy from start to finish.
If you want to lose your holding deposit then contact with them they would be very nice and polite in bigging once you paid holding deposit they will send you email of horrible terms and conditions of holding deposit and you have to signed it that you read the terms and conditions before you paid.
I had spent some time - before deciding to sell with KFH - trying to sell my property with another estate agent in Wimbledon. They were much cheaper but - in the end - full of hot air and completely useless. By complete contrast; Lucy and Linda, from the get go, were excellent. I gave them the property, there were viewings immediately and an offer within a week. The process, as ever, wasn't completely straight forward but they were always available to talk on the phone, very receptive on email and completely on top of things at all times. When we come back to the area we'll be straight back to KFH. Highly recommend
Poor service and rude.
It might be a seller's market, but Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward seem to treat buyers with contempt. A general level of poor service from their agent and unhelpful responses to basic enquiries about the property, made viewing a couple of flats a frustrating experience.
We have just sold our house through Knight Frank in Wimbledon. Diana Wormell was brilliant. She was there every step of the way to help with viewings, feedback and then negotiations with our buyers and throughout all the nitty gritty of exchange and completion. She went above and beyond the call of duty, even driving down to Weybridge to get the relevant documentation at a crucial time. We bought our house through Knight Frank, and Diana in particular 17 years ago. They are polite, helpful, well informed and really know the market. I can't praise them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Tenacious and consistent when selling our house....it took a long time but we got there! Thanks to Tom and Diana
I really do appreciate everything you guys did, it honestly has been a pleasure speaking with you and trying to do business with you. You guys are a credit to the industry. Unfortunately I did find elsewhere but I really do think you guys are doing your job well and in the right way. My only regret is we didn't actually get over the line. Thanks again
During our recent property purchase my partner and I found Curchods to be reliable and effective, always providing current information and chasing the other members of the chain where required. I have no hesitation in recommending Curchods to others and would look to use them in the future should we ever sell our newly purchased property.
I have been renting a flat from Dexters for the past 5 years. During that time, every issue i have had has been resolved quickly and to a good standard. The team are very helpful and James in particular has been brilliant. Highly recommended.
I recently sold my property through Dexters- Wimbledon office. I initially invited three estate agents to value my property and to decide who I felt would like to work with. I chose Dexters due to their realistic valuation, sheer enthusiasm and constant communication - making it easy for me to know where everything was in the process. There are a lot of estate agents in Wimbledon and I feel they go above and beyond to make their service easy for both sides of the buying/ selling side. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a personal, stress free and professional service. Special thanks also go to Shahbaz for staying in touch.
