I used Stanfords in Forest Hill to sell my flat. Despite a challenging sale process due to difficulties with the lease and leaseholder, James Nichol and his team have been brilliant. They are highly proactive, professional, knowledgable, and helpful and have been adept at overcoming a series of unforseen challenges. James has achieved a near full asking price in a challenging market at a valuation far in excess of that quoted by two other local agents.
