Throughout the years, nothing has ever been too much trouble for them. Whenever I've encountered maintenance issues, they've been swift to respond, often resolving them within 24 hours. Their dedication to ensuring the comfort and well-being of their tenants is truly commendable. I recommend star estate agency to anyone looking to move homes in London. I have rented from them for the past two years in a very nice house and it was a very smooth and comfortable process with no issues. Whenever we had a problem with the house, Nev was great help throughout and would arrange all issues to be fixed immediately. Very good communication. Thank you!... Read more

Appalling and extremely unprofessional service from top to bottom. The workers they send to complete 'repairs' are incompetent, unable to carry out basic jobs to even a satisfactory standard. However the worst is the attitude of the staff in the office. They are extremely rude, aggressive and patronising, particularly to women or anyone they perceive to be vulnerable. Andy is a prolific offender. I would not give them a paper bag to manage, let alone a flat or a tenancy agreement. Avoid at all costs.... Read more
