Both Noora and Nadim were really helpful throughout helping with printing off documents, Always being very responsive and ensuring the entire process was stress-free for my grandma. 19th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Be safe! Never give Siva any deposit because you won’t get it back. They have taken £2000 from me and never returned, it’s been an year I’m chasing them. Even filed a police report.
8th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very knowledgeable about pricing while preparing the sale of our flat. After we found a buyer, Michael was extremely responsive and helpful during the conveyancing. He made sure we were updated on what was happening and made everything go as smooth as possible. We’ve tried 2 other estate agents in Tottenham, this one is miles ahead of the others.
5th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience. I was met with a rude, dismissive attitude from the person on the phone. He seemed uninterested in helping and spoke in an abrupt and unprofessional manner throughout the conversation. Customer service should be a basic standard in this industry, but unfortunately that was not my experience here. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend this estate agent.

I’m for more than 6 years with them all the time they are trying to resolve all the matters that we have on the property. For rent definitely the price are good so if you planned to move definitely give them a call they are 5 stars .

He was very helpful and nothing was ever to much trouble, he gave me good advice and information, He always kept me fully informed of what was going on, Esp, on what viewers were saying. Reyon was well-organized, and respectful throughout the entire process, He showed excellent communication skills and answered all of my questions? Reyon secured the best possible deal for me. I would highly recommend Tilson and Spencer when selling and buying.
9th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Update: having moved out of their property they did hit me with a spurious £270 "cleaning fee" which included items that I'd left in better state than I'd received them. This kind of practice is unfortunately common, and I'm dropping 2 stars because of it. We did eventually settle on £150, but not before they refused my offer of half price and tried to pressure me to paying the £270 because "this will proceed to TDS and will take weeks/ months to conclude." This is plainly manipulation and it probably works for a lot of tenants, but as a tenant you need to know that TDS has resources to help you here. Don't let them bully you, keep a careful record of the state you leave the property in and push back if they try to make an unfair charge.<br><br>Original review, still valid based on my experience of their management of the property: Unusually perhaps as a tenant I'm so far pretty impressed with Hunters. We've received great help from Timea in getting settled in, and I'm pleased to have a contact who is responsive and proactive in managing the property.

Communication was fantastic throughout, and they kept me updated every step of the way. They were professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about finding the right tenants for my property. 4th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)It was a very emotional time for me because as executor I was selling my recently deceased mother’s house. I relied on Knights Residential advice on getting her house ready for sale and the kind of selling price we could expect to achieve. Also as I had not lived in the area personally for over 30 years I relied on Kinghts Residential for recommendations on the solicitors to use. In the end I ended up selling the house to a family member. The whole process was made easier because we all accepted the professional advice from Tony Koumourou Sales Director.

I instructed them in the sale of my home and I valued their integrity and professionalism from the first meeting. Bruno was appointed as my sales negotiator. He knows the local market and is well connected. He worked hard to secure my buyer and oversaw the sales process, keeping me informed throughout. The rest of the team were friendly, approachable and always on hand to answer any queries. Thank you Castles for achieving what I needed in such a difficult climate!!

21st Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Our family chose to instruct Cole Harding to sell our terraced house in Tottenham, having not had very much success with another agency.<br><br>Syede (co-owner) worked hard to ensure that we had as many suitable viewings as possible throughout the many months that the property was listed with his agency.<br><br>Even though the sale process wasn't always smooth sailing (these things rarely are) .. and we did experience a hiccup or two along the way, Syede encouraged us all to be patient, stating that, eventually, the right buyers would materialise (which happily they did) and from then on, everything fell into place beautifully, much to the delight of all concerned.<br><br>In hindsight, we wish that we had instructed Cole Harding from the outset.
