They were always on hand to help, professional, very proactive and a pleasure to deal with. They are by far the best estate agents around and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I sold a house with Strickland and can echo all of these 5-star reviews. Jamie and Terence are the hardest working estate agents you'll ever meet! Friendly, professional, and they have great local knowledge.
The whole process was unbelievably smooth sailing and Jamie was always at the end of the phone or WhatsApp to answer any questions.
I'd recommend Strickland to anyone thinking of selling a property - let's back these small independents who actually care, instead of the big greedy corporates. Thanks guys!

I’ve recently used Terence and Jamie for both a sale and purchase transaction and would thoroughly recommend them.
There’s no pressure, hard sell..
They’re extremely knowledgeable about the local area and really nice guys to boot.
We had WhatsApp chats for updates/arranging bookings etc which worked really well.
They also kept things running really smoothly in terms of progress to exchange and completion with the various parties involved.
I was previously using a big chain on my sale before instructing Strickland and the difference in terms of experience was light and day.

Strickland & Co are the best estate agents in our view. They walk alongside you throughout the whole process, are passionate about maximising your experience throughout...which is a big plus in an industry that can be tricky to navigate. Going the extra mile is an understatement. Their guidance and advice also proved invaluable to us at crucial stages of the transaction. They always stand ready to assist and is very personable and relatable...which gave us peace of mind and put us at ease. Highly recommended.

Very good estate agent. Achieved a good price for my home, in a challenging market. Good photos and presentation on social media, always easy to get hold of and quick to respond, did a good job of driving the sales process forward, particularly when there were complications between the solicitors. Highly recommend.

I feel genuinely honoured to be able to leave a review here and enter into such good company. All the people below have similarly wanted to share their great experience with these guys and I feel I have joined a very fortunate club. It wasn't accidental - I read all the reviews here as well as those of many other estate agents before making my decision - in the end I was persuaded by the idea that Strickland & Co was a small family run outfit, who would go the extra mile (and put in the extra hours!) in order to sell my house quickly and at a fair price. If these guys don't sell your house, they don't eat: you can't get a better incentive than that.
Every word of praise you will read here is deserved, Terence and Jamie will sell your house and they will become your friends whilst they are doing it. Thanks Guys :) John

Jamie supported us through the purchase of our first home in Lewisham and we could not have had a better experience. He made the process very smooth and was kind and patient in facilitating communication between us and the sellers. It felt like a very personalised service as Jamie was with us every step of the way, from the house viewing where he spent a lot of time with us chatting about the property and the area, to meeting us at the house with the keys and a bottle of prosecco on completion day! Strickland & Co's service is also much better adapted to working people in London than traditional estate agents, it helped us so much that they have longer office hours and that we could stay in touch on Whatsapp. We are delighted with our new home and can highly recommend buying a property through Strickland!

Can’t recommend Terence and Jamie highly enough. They provided a truly excellent service when selling out house in Lewisham. They were extremely proactive in getting the property to market and did so with enthusiasm, dedication and utilising their personal knowledge and love of the local area. We chose Terence and Jamie over other agents because we believed that they would put all of their energy and experience into selling our house and they did. They really do provide a personal and highly effective service which just cannot be provided by their main commercial competitors. They priced the sale right which meant the house sold promptly and without any embarrassing reductions. They conducted all the viewings themselves which meant they were able to provide detail to the process. They were also always available to provide help and guidance and were great at progressing the sale through to exchange and completion, which again they did themselves. We would definitely recommend them and use them again ourselves. Thank you guys. You did a great job and were a pleasure to work with.

Jamie was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. He was on top of everything and worked really hard to get us in to our new home super quickly and with minimal fuss. The level of service provided by Strickland is beyond excellent. We had a difficult process selling our house, Jamie was there with us every step of the way. Their mission is to change the way estate agents are viewed and they certainly changed my view. They were always available to help and chase where necessary and always responded to messages no matter what day or time it was. I can't recommend them enough.
