He was so efficient and quick with everything and really personable at the viewings. Within a day of enquiring we had seen a few properties with him and had an offer accepted. Great experience and really recommend them. Takes all the stress out of trying to find somewhere. Thanks Ben!

Especially Eleanor, She’s such an amazing person and very knowledgeable about her work. She gave me the best of the best as regards my move in. Not Forgetting Elliot cool and wonderful Guy?? Shirley and Marta were all helpful. I have great respect for this wonderful team and I highly recommend. 5 Star rated!!!

Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. Our lettings agent Duncan went above and beyond to get us in for viewings and secure our flat. Duncan and the team were super responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had which made for a really smooth process!

I had successfully bid for an apartment, however, due to unforeseen circumstances back home, I had to withdraw my application. Paul was extremely professional, kind and understanding of my situation. He arranged for my deposit to be returned without pressuring me into making any decisions. I would absolutely recommend Inner City Estates to my friends and acquaintances looking to rent in London.

First as a landlord, they managed my flat - made sure I got good tenants, managed all the billing and always solved issues on time. As a result, the flat was always in great condition. Their lettings team are nice hardworking professionals. Then Circa helped me sell my flat in a very difficult economic environment and with a ground rental lease which was difficult to navigate. Ashley and the sales team involved proved patience, resilience and great client engagement especially from James proved to be crucial for a successful sale.

Guy, Joey and Felix are positive and stay calm under pressure. Their attitude helped me enormously. Our sale went well and Joey worked hard to keep our buyers on side when our purchase fell through.
2nd Aug 2024 (6 mo. ago)Rent from these people at your own risk.They offer the worst services ,send contractors into your apartment without your permission and when you complain they turn against you.I was forced to move out their property as I could not deal with the rudeness and poor treatment from staff.They started refurbishing my apartment with contractors running up and down the scaffolding and because I work nights,I had to start sleeping in a friends place during the day.And whenever I complained to them,they got rude.Even after I finally moved out,they completely kept my deposit silent and tried working with the landlord to retain the whole deposit.Now they try change their name from Madley thinking they can run away from all the bad deeds they have done.Use them at you own risk

Steve was honest, straightforward, friendly, and communicated clearly (never in 'agent speak') throughout the letting of our flat. Emails were answered within hours, questions openly answered - at no point did I feel like it was in any way a burden to support me through the process... and they found tenants within days of marketing. What's not to love? Thank you Steve, and Georgina, and whoever else was working behind the scenes to do such a lovely job :)
18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Out of all the agents that valued my property, Leigh came accross as being the most realistic with the best local market knowledge and offered me a really good deal. Natasha arranged the viewing that led to the sale and Ameera showed the buyers the property, both Natasha and Ameera were lovely and kept me informed throughout the sale process. I would definitely recommend Truuli as a very good agency.

25th Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)Although I didn't end up getting the place Sam McCaig showed me due to location change of buying a house, I had the best experience with Sam, the information he provided me really helped me take into account everything required in the buying process, my actual estate agents weren't the best so I was really happy I met Sam initially who prepared me and suggested Mortgage Advisers Alexander Hall who were also fantastic. Even though I did not end up using Foxton I suggest to everyone I know to go with them due to fantastic their customer service- 26th Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)Absolutely awful. They hid major issues with the property before we signed, and since moving in, they’ve been ignoring our repeated requests for help. We’ve been left to live in precarious conditions with no support, answers or practical solutions from the agency. This company is untrustworthy and completely unresponsive. Honest advice: avoid at all costs.
