17th Sep 2024 (23 days ago)Just completed on our house sale today after over a year of shenanigans (chasing up tenants to get access for photos, continuing to chase tenants that didn't want to leave after house was sold, support through the long legal eviction process, more photos at the house, prevaricating buyer, loss of buyer, finding new buyer...). All-in-all it was a quite stressful, but managed calmly and with aplomb by Russell of Inner City Estates, with great communication and reassurance at every step. Yes, one could say "it's all part of the job", but the way someone does their job counts and leaves a lasting impression. I cannot recommend Inner City Estates, and especially Russell in this case, highly enough!

2nd Jan 2024 (9 mo. ago)I have now rented a property from Ludlow and I would recommend to work with them , there is no time wasting they only send you properties that are within your budget and criteria , they were great at speaking to the landlords to ensure everything was ready before moving in , everything was done through them including advice on bills , broadband etc. Kern was helping us and anytime we needed to call was always there to Fox any problems that we were facing such a great lad ! ???????? If we move again I’ll definitely be reaching out to Kern again UPDATED REVIEW… thought they were fantastic until trying to leave the property got completely shafted with hidden costs and loopholes in the contract .. will not use again

Felix was our point of contact and he was fantastic throughout the entire process. We were always kept up to date with any developments from offer through to exchange and completion. When things were stalling, Felix stepped in to move things forward and acted as an extremely helpful go-between for us and the sellers. I'd recommend Conran and Felix to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.
2nd Aug 2024 (10 weeks ago)Rent from these people at your own risk.They offer the worst services ,send contractors into your apartment without your permission and when you complain they turn against you.I was forced to move out their property as I could not deal with the rudeness and poor treatment from staff.They started refurbishing my apartment with contractors running up and down the scaffolding and because I work nights,I had to start sleeping in a friends place during the day.And whenever I complained to them,they got rude.Even after I finally moved out,they completely kept my deposit silent and tried working with the landlord to retain the whole deposit.Now they try change their name from Madley thinking they can run away from all the bad deeds they have done.Use them at you own risk
18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Layla was in charge of my tenancy, and from the very beginning, she was incredibly nice, professional, and helpful. Today, I successfully moved into my new place, and I can confidently say that her support made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was always available to answer any questions I had and guided me through every step with care and efficiency. I’m extremely grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable lettings agent!- 27th Sep 2024 (13 days ago)Foxtons London Bridge has been a real game changer for my tenancy search and introduction in the world of letting in London. As a new joiner physician working at Guy’s Hospital I was looking for a nice and well organized house close to the hospital. In particular, Jack (one of the amazing letting agent from Foxtons) has been my first and unique point of contact over the whole process. Always polite, precise in his replies and very responsive on WhatsApp (even over the summer vacation period). His help has been continuous over, during and also after the letting deal with the landlords. Also, amazing videos and photos gave me a clear representation of my future flat. Whoever will need to let in London surely should consider Jack and Foxtons to be their primary point of referral!
