He was extremely flexible with viewing times and was always happy to change appointments at short notice to suit our schedule. He had answers to all of our questions and, if he didn’t know something, made a point of getting back to us promptly. He listened carefully to our needs and only showed us apartments that genuinely matched what we were looking for. Terence was incredibly friendly and professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish.

He always goes out of his way to check in for updates on my mother's situation and makes sure I’m supported every step of the way, often offering further help without even being asked. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency, reliability, and such a personable approach so effortlessly. A huge credit to the company, and yes, an added bonus that he’s very easy on the eye too. Outstanding service all round

Holly was on time, answered all our questions we had, she put us at ease ensuring us that the place would be cleaned and any damage would be fixed before my daughter moved in. 2nd Feb 2026 (9 days ago)I’ve had an excellent experience with Garrett Whitlock over the last 5+ years. They have managed my rental property throughout that time and, more recently, handled the sale as well. GW took care of everything, day-to-day management, tenants, maintenance, compliance, and communication. As a landlord, I’ve been completely hands-off(!!) but trusted the property was in safe and professional hands. When I decided to sell, GW marketed the property effectively, helped with staging, finding a buyer, and managing the sale from start to finish with minimal involvement required from me (I did embarassingly little the whole time). Their landlord accounting and reporting systems are clear, well-structured, and make life easy when it comes to tracking income and expenses. Professional, reliable, and genuinely easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Garrett Whitlock to any landlord or seller in the SE1 area and beyond.

The service he provides goes way way beyond any other agent, and he quickly found us a buyer who actually got to completion. Tristan was available literally 24/7; we felt like we were his only clients (we weren't!) and he was highly professional and exceptionally flexible throughout. Having found us a buyer he chased the conveyancing process to ensure there were no delays, pushing to maintain momentum while also keeping a friendly, approachable manner. He gave good advice and steered us through difficult negotiations. We would 100% recommend him to anyone; he is absolute gold. Can't recommend him highly enough.
