Don’t ever hire this firm for rental service. I hired them to rent out a 4000£ a month apartment. Twice the supposedly confirmed clients cancelled at the last moment, but I’ve to pay for the cleaning services for nonexistent clients. After move in, their service was incredibly slow and poor. Once it took them one and half month to deliver a tv remote to the renter. More importantly, they agree to tenant requests without verification. I fired them within three month, despite already paid them for a full year service. Because I know I would be milked out thousands more if this onslaught of extra billing continuous. I deal w the tenant direct now. It’s more efficient. And, no more asking of extra expenses. Because I actually verify reasonableness of requests... Read more
