From first entering Tim Russ Beaconsfield, I cannot fault the service by all of the attentive lettings team. They have gone above and beyond to help us find and then get settled into our new rental. I have never known any agency to be so responsive, I cannot recommend them enough. Sue has been especially helpful in managing our move into the property and I was super impressed by how quickly anything that needed to be was remedied.

Our property in Beaconsfield has been managed by Tim Russ for many years now and we would highly recommend them. The level of service has been of the highest standard with both regular and more pressing issues being handled efficiently and promptly. We can't recommend Sue and Kathi highly enough, they have always been polite and incredibly responsive and couldn't have been more helpful. Our tenant has also enjoyed the same level of service creating a very successful relationship for all involved.
Overall an excellent letting partner.

Tim Russ, especially Mark, were incredibly helpful, efficient and professional throughout the process of my mother's relocation, which included probate. They/he were especially impressive in chasing solicitors/solving issues which threatened to delay completion. They are a patient and understanding team, essential when you are going through the inevitable stress of house buying/selling. I highly recommend them.

As a landlord, I have been incredibly impressed with the level of service and feedback from Tim Russ & Company. They marketed the property well and our new tenants have also been impressed with the swift response offered by Kathi and Sue to any questions/issues they have had. We were previously using a large estate agent in High Wycombe to manage our property who were slow to follow up on issues and respond to emails. As Tim Russ Beaconsfield is a smaller agency with a competent team who have been at the helm for many years, I feel they have the ability to manage things more effectively. I feel safe in the knowledge they are managing our property well.
