Kelly has been more than helpful in assisting us with our property.
Quick to respond to queries and very helpful in providing information.
She is a very keen sales lady but more importantly hasn't pushed the boundaries whereby making me feel uncomfortable . Certainly would recommend Wm H Brown to friends and family knowing that sales people like Kelly are there to assist.

Could not do enough for me.
Sorry I’m very late with this review. But after selling out property we found a lovely house listed by William H Brown. We put in an offer and happy days, it was excepted. The team at Crystal Peaks went above and beyond to update us, contact the relevant legal teams and the sellers. They really did work for both sides and it was greatly appreciated. They certainly excelled over the estate agent we used for the sale of ours (don’t worry we will use you next time). As to why they got the chocolates and thank you gifts rather than our own estate agents.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to the team at Crystal Peaks. I have just completed on the purchase of my new home today. There were a few hiccups during the purchase but whenever I made contact to discuss the team were always friendly and responded as fast as possible with updates, and always in a very friendly manner to take the stress out of a stressful situation.

We put our house up for sale mid-November and had a few views but then after a special effort to promote the property on boxing day we had quite a few wanting to view and it sold quite quickly in January. Completion was 11th March so not a great deal of time to wait.
Annette and team were very professional, very friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole prossess , which we very much appreciated as we had never sold a property before and felt quite nieve and green around the gills .

Annette is a star, she went above and beyond she saved our move day, I don’t know what we would have done without her, she spent 5 hours on the phone against our solicitor and fought our corner, and without her, I would still be waiting for my completion date, what a star, ?? thank you Annette we will always be grateful for what you did for us, all of this and I wasn’t her client, I was purchasing from her client, doesn’t get better than that 5 ??

A year or so ago, I started to make enquiries with estate agents regarding selling my Mother's property. I won't go into why, but I didn't go ahead at that time. However, one person that I met stood out from the rest and I had no compunction in going straight back to Kelly at William H Brown at Crystal Peaks. Kelly is professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable. She was extremely supportive of me and has made the process of getting the paperwork sorted out, very easy. The property is yet to be sold, but I'm certain that both I and the property are in safe hands.
