I was completely lost when came to selling my house and have been upset with different agencies' valuations which I was not happy with . Then the manager at Horsforth branch (Tom Sugden) came for a visit and explained everything in details and in a professional way , he gave me the highest estimation of my house value, and they actually manage to find me a perfect offer and now we are at the end of the whole process. They are very welcoming, friendly ,professional and always there when u need them.
I feel that I did handle my property to my family to sell as they were so caring, amazing and patient with all my concerns, and being a full time doctor I found them the best to deal with no waste of time or unwanted calls.
Million thanks to William H Brown Horsforth team and the manager Tom Sudgen who is a credit to the office in horsforth with no doubt.
I will go again and again with them when buying my next property for sure .

I would like to thank the best ever negotiator (Jacqueline Butterworth) who has been amazing through the whole Process of selling my property. She is briefly the right person in the right place!.
She knew exactly what I want and managed to book and run viewing all in one day, and she could figure out who is the best person to buy my house. Excellent communication with both parties and fabulous skills to find the best deal for me.
She was quick in responding to my questions , needs and very professional in negotiation, and managed to make it stress- free procedure.

We recently purchased a property from William H Brown in Horsforth and the process was fantastic from start to finish.
From the viewings, to negotiating and purchasing it was a swift and supportive process from all the staff members.
The team at Horsforth were so supportive and helpful, all working together for the same goal in helping make our purchase as swift as possible.
The main shining star of the event was Jacqueline Butterworth. She went over and beyond to make sure everything ran well and if ever there were any complications, she was on to it before we even knew.
We cannot recommend this estate agent more, and more importantly their team. We felt in safe hands and will definitely be using them again if we ever do sell or purchase another property.

Got in touch with W H Brown estate agents to view a property. The estate agent who showed us round was friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't end up interested in the property but we registered with Jacqueline to be alerted to any properties that would suite our requirements. Jacquie is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They stayed in touch with us throughout the sale of ours and our onward property search. (with another agent) I would recommend them in terms of how thorough and professional they are.
