I would advise avoiding the company all together. Expect high levels of unprofessionalism, incompetence, poor property management and intentionally long delays in communications.

Been using Wonderelease for more than a year , and I must say I'm impressed with their professionalism. All the credit goes to one particular gentleman from the Wonderlease team , his name is BEN , he was really helpful all the time and very professional. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Wonderlease let my house for me for many years, and were very good at finding new tenants quickly when I needed them. They have always been pleasant, polite and friendly, and highly competent at what they do. When I decided to sell the house Ben was excellent, even though the process was more complicated than any of us expected, keeping me well informed throughout and getting a good price for me. I can recommend Wonderlease both to landlords and to anyone wanting to sell a property. Considering how well Marc looked after my last set of tenants, I think I can recommend Wonderlease to anyone wanting to rent, as well.

I had been looking for a property for sometime till Wonderlease came up with a stunning house, instantly I enquired about this property the day it came on the market. Richard was more than happy to help and asked if I could come down to view the property the same day, Richard was very professional and very friendly when seeing the property. Right away I had put an offer in and started proceeding with the application, Ben who also works for Wonderlease helped with the entire process and made sure everything went through smoothly which it did! Now me and my family have moved into this beautiful property and couldn't thank the team at Wonderlease enough, the professionalism and quality of dealing with clients is 10/10.
I've been to other estate agents and Wonderlease is like no other, I can guarantee you would not be disappointed with the way they will help you move into your new property!

My time with Wonderlease has unfortunately come to an end due to relocation but I would highly recommend them for lettings AND sales. In my experience they are professional and really do take the stress out of being a landlord. The communication and follow up was always great and handled with speed.
My recent sale was very smooth and quick thanks to Bens efforts. A true professional and always in control. I have worked with other letting agents in Walthamstow and Wonderlease have been my best experience by far. Best of luck to the team.

Hi guys am very busy at the moment, and if I wasn't there really wouldn't be much I would add to my review about wonderlease. There helpful professional in the field of work and proved themselves especially through this pandemic. They are a great team to get along with and have sustained a reputation as a compatible agency to work with. I have been with them a little over 10 years and as I said before am a very busy individual so if any adjustments need to be amended they always give me a curiosity call to give me the heads up and they take care of the rest. The Wonderlease team has been both helpful and professional, super-efficient and always quick to get back to me when I’ve contacted them.
The flat had a few maintenance issues which were immediately dealt with thanks to Amanda.
I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for a property.

During our search Ben really listened to what we wanted and when the right property came up, Ben rang straight away despite the fact that we had signed for a different property with Wonderlease the day before. Ben made the transfer super easy and we are really pleased with the outcome. Further, the minor teething issues we had when we moved in we’re promptly and effectively dealt with.
