I do not recommend this agency. Throughout my mortgage journey, I have dealt with an agent called Anita. The only time she was nice to me was during our first 2 calls. Other than that she was pushy, always in a rush, did not listen to me. i was going through a very stressful process and she was not helpful at all. At the end, after a year and a half of struggle and nerves, i finally got my key and i felt relieved that i could finally stop communicating with her. When i got into the apartment, it didnt look anything like how it did a year and a half ago. it was dirty, flooded, floor boards were sticking out, holes in the walls, rat poisoning everywhere under the fixtures of the kitchen, filthy walls, windows and bathrooms. The apartment looked abandoned and old. 1 year and a half ago seeing the apartment for the first time it didnt look that way. its not the agency's fault for how the owner left the house but i do reckon that the agency would at least ensure me that the owner would maybe give the house a general clean and keep it decent for me to move in. If you buy a house with them dont expect a house like in the movies with a congrats card, a red ribbon at the door or flowers. the house was given to me with the ceiling nearly falling over me. The agency did not collaborate with me as if i was a buyer, which would have been normal. The reason I made a review after 3 months of purchase, i am still repairing the faults in the house. Disappointed, i must say!

After I indicated interest in a place via Zoopla, Jayne reached out to me. She was beyond helpful and patient with me throughout the whole process. When I finally decided on a place and had to move in quickly due to a time crunch she really tried to make sure I got into the new place as soon as possible, even working after hours. The whole process was really seamless and easy.
And this is coming from a first time renter :)
