Terrible communication skills! Been interested in buying several properties, but just they never call back or answer emails and staff don't seem to know the most basic property details. They just don't seem to care?! So frustrating.

Avoid! Bullish sales techniques.... weekly phone calls telling me my price needed dropping & that was why I wasn’t selling. Gave my property to Haarts to sell & 3 weeks later sale ageeed for £4,000 over my asking price. The brand is the only reason people will call these guys because there knowledge & customer service is beyond a joke.
'Your Move Dartford' are an exceptionally professional yet friendly company. The office is warm and approachable when you walk in and all the colleagues are extremely helpful. I have been dealing with Elliott in the Dartford office and he is a pleasure to work with. He has been efficient, informative and delivered the best quality service which I could not fault. I trust Your Move with my property and would thoroughly recommend them.
Agent arrived late to the inital viewing and this was only the start of it. Communication was poor, customer service skills lacking. Spent alot of our time chasing them in relation to referencing etc. To top it off we received a call last minute to say that the landlord had to move back into the property. (At this point they had only just sent us the referencing forms to complete, despite numerous phone calls and the fact the deposit had been paid over a month ago.) Avoid at all costs!
Spoke to an extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful member of staff Called Sue, who works in the Commercial Department.
I do not know how this lady can even take phone calls with her tone, she was so abrupt.
Instead of trying to help assist your question, all i kept being told was to call back.
I can't fault Tim and the team at Mann at all for the brilliant service they provided. They are professional, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive, and made renting my property a seamless and stress-free process. Thank you!
