25th Aug 2024 (21 weeks ago)Hi I have put the offer that’s what they sad to me And they just said to me is sold How can something be sold without letting me know we have someone offered more money and I said I will pay more for it they said no They got some cash from the buyer so never trust Livermore in Crayford I will be writing to the seller to say I have offered more for the property but they been paid not to come back with my offer forward I will be sharing all in Crayford community so they can see never to trust Livermore in Crayford

I had a very difficult buyer and the team kept the sale on track with their communication and professionalism. In the end the sale went through and everyone was happy. A special mention to Richard, Rena, Amir and Ross as they were key in making the move happen

14th Oct 2024 (14 weeks ago)5 years on and I used Mark again to find a tenant and he and the team delivered again! They were brilliant again and found me yet another fantastic tenant! I cannot recommend this team enough. Mark has exceptionally good judgment and people skills and he seems to always under promise and over deliver. He is incredibly easy to work with, respectful of both landlords and tenants, listens to your needs, then goes out and finds super tenants. They whole team pulled together to make it happen and I cannot thank them enough. This is another review I wrote 5 years ago and it is still standing: I was in fact not planning on ever using David Evans as I find their shop window displays a bit old fashioned, but when I invited Mark along to get a third quote when I was having my house valued, he made me change my mind as he seemed such a nice and decent person. So when I decided to let the house instead of selling it, he was my first choice. Even though his rental price suggestion wasn't the highest, my priority is to have long term trouble free tenants, so I went with him. He listened carefully to my brief and took his time to find the right tenant and came up trumps. He found me a brilliant set of tenants! Mark is a thoroughly decent person who works as hard for you as he would for himself. He prioritises giving excellent service and building long term relationships with people, and that is fairly rare in this business. I have been buying, selling and letting for 25 years now and Mark is the best person in the business I have ever dealt with. Thoroughly trustworthy and highly recommended!
21st Sep 2024 (17 weeks ago)I just rented an apartment in Golders Green through Peppiatt. Nick Kyriacou was my lettings agent. He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high! They chased up the vendor when needed and were on hand to give help, advice and support when issues arose. I would heartily recommend them to anyone.

We have never felt out of the loop, phone calls, emails at every stage of the sale. The work they did on brochure was first class. 7th Nov 2024 (10 weeks ago)We sold our flat with Eden Estates and it was the best thing we did. It was on the market with another estate agent for 6 months with barely any viewings and as soon as we put it up with Eden it sold in 3 months. After the sale, we worked with Lisa Quantrell who worked tirelessly (sometimes even outside of the sales hours) to chase solicitors and have difficult conversations with them when they weren’t doing their jobs. Without her, our flat wouldn’t have sold let alone gone all the way through to exchange. Despite the difficulties with solicitor communication, Lisa was the glue that held it together and kept it all going always with a positive attitude. She had us and our buyers’ best interests at heart throughout the whole sale. She is a star and we are so thankful for her. Would definitely recommend Eden to anyone selling or buying a property. Thank you again!
