23rd Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have been a Full Service Client of Your Move Dartford for nearly twenty Years. My tenant recently gave notice and I advised that I wanted to carry out a major refurbishment of my apartment in Greenhithe but I naturally wanted to minimise the void period. I cannot thank Jayne Challoner enough for the help that I received from her in particular to achieve this. Jayne quickly found me a new tenant and I cannot over emphasise the critical part that she played in achieving my objective by liaising with them in the background and preparing the Tenancy Agreement while I got on with the work. Whenever I telephoned the Lettings Team, if Jayne was not available, I got an urgent response to my voicemail, and there was always a "Can-Do" approach to my enquiries. - something quite rare these days!! I now have a happy Tenant and I am a very happy Landlord. Dottie Taylor

8th Jul 2024 (19 days ago)We sold a property (in SE18) with Paul Allen at Beaumont Gibbs and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. We had initially had a brief experience with him prior to selling our property and were pleased with his straightforward, polite and informative manner. When it came to going through the sale, which did have some complicating factors, he was extremely helpful at every stage. He was able to give us good guidance on valuation, introductions to conveyancing solicitors and was always available at short notice to support with negotiations and to help secure the sale. Thank you!
19th Jul 2024 (8 days ago)Unfortunately there were various errors made, not enough communication, especially after the first few weeks, not many viewings, so overall it has been a very disappointing experience.
5th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)It's been a long sale (10 months) and, particularly near the end, I felt I had to drive it and chase left, right and centre to get things over the line. However, this seems to be pretty standard in my experience, whether buying or selling, as unfortunately no-one seems to call each other - rather they send emails that then take a week or more to respond to... What I can say is that, whenever I called Mann to chase the buyer's solicitors on my (or my solicitor's) behalf, Fletcher and the team were friendly, professional and helpful throughout. I should also add Mann acted as my letting agent for a number of years prior to the sale, and Tim was absolutely brilliant on the lettings side and a pleasure to deal with.
10th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)Alex James and Callum were very kind, helpful, patient yet where necessary and appropriate weren't afraid to be direct and plain with me, and in Alex James's words it was to help me and I don't doubt that at all. He provided useful, helpful tips when I was experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed to be calm and collected yet respectful towards our new and upcoming landlord and general other tips for how any tenant is informed of things. I'm not surprised they've got such positive, spectacular reviews. It's a family owned and run estate agency too but overall have felt greatly supported and helped throughout the referencing and anything else they were to do to help our landlord. I have no problem recommending this estate agency, they seem very well knowledged, experienced, helpful, kind, patient yet also very honest. Thank you to Alex James and Callum you've been an honour to correspond with. Anyone who can be as good with me as they have been is worth this recommendation and honest review. Edit: Point of criticism/feedback: They should make it known more clearly than expecting or asking someone to read the Ts and Cs that they're allowed to pass on your details to utility companies as it was rather stressful to discover when I had attempts from companies to set things up and emails telling me they had, the utility companies that is and I prefer to do things myself. And ask if you want them to pass on your details or not. As when I asked about that they said it's possible. She went above and beyond to accommodate viewings for us as well. Would definitely recommend.

I had a particularly difficult solicitor, but Mandy was on top of the sale and exchange from the start to the end and gave every assurance possible throughout. The communication was brilliant. I would definitely recommend Chalk Street because of this.
