We found ourselves in a bit of a fix, having to move out of the property we had sold before the property we had bought (a new-build) was ready for occupation and we needed to source a property fast.
Marina Carter in the Dartford office got everything sorted from an initial viewing of the property on Thursday 5th February and we moved in the following Thursday (12th).

Avoid! Bullish sales techniques.... weekly phone calls telling me my price needed dropping & that was why I wasn’t selling. Gave my property to Haarts to sell & 3 weeks later sale ageeed for £4,000 over my asking price. The brand is the only reason people will call these guys because there knowledge & customer service is beyond a joke.
A very helpful branch well worth the money spent in selling and purchasing a property. when I had no clue with the solicitors paper work they helped me along the way and very good communication skills and I will be using there services again for a third time in future use.
worst experience I ever had - wana be smart >>>> stay away of that agency .....they never answer phone....they never call back(not iven when they tell you 6 times that they will) and at the end of the contract they will take everything they can from you(which is more that you will expect); and they always manage to move slower then you would expect - no matter how low is your standard :)))
PS: when I wanted to see the property they let that in the job of the ex-tenant >>>>who was an est european or rusian lady ....who spoke no english :)))
I can not complain : they were nice people but 100% unable to do their job - their professional lvl was way way way under all the other agencies I ever worked with :((
Haart showed real professionalism during the whole selling process, the whole team are friendly and courteous. Chaise was particulary helpful. Thank you all so much in what was a difficult time for me, selling my parents/family home.
I would never ever use this company again. We had problems when we sold our house due to lack of communication then when we started renting a property through them they took our deposit, we moved into a dirty home which they were supposed to be managing and did nothing about. We had no working boiler for nearly 2 months but we got nowhere as long as they still got the rent, they didn't care. We left the property on the 5th November and we should of got our deposit back but according to Haarts it has nothing to do with them and it was up to my old landlord and he lives in Australia. Haarts done know their arse from their elbow when it comes to managing a property they just past the buck onto someone else. We are now dealing with citizens advice to try and get our money back. It shouldn't be used doing this, it should be down to Haarts.
