We had an excellent experience of the auction process via Your Move. The team - Sarah Nixon, Gail, Sarah and Chloe kept us up to date with progress throughout. They did what was discussed at our initial meeting and called us regularly. In fact we have been able to complete the selling process earlier than was estimated. I recently worked with Gail Lewicki, the Letting Manager at Yourmove, regarding renting a bungalow in Wallsend. Right from the start, I found Gail to be very knowledgeable and responsive, Chole Murphy keeping me informed at every stage. I explained the urgency of my situation since the current tenant was due to vacate within three weeks.
Gail provided invaluable guidance, suggesting we start marketing the property just one week before the tenant's departure, ensuring a smooth transition between tenancies. Her expertise in the local market was clear as she accurately assessed the rental value of the bungalow and showed a deep understanding of rental legislation, which she followed diligently throughout the process.
Furthermore, Gail's attention to detail was exceptional. Sarah Smith took great photographs and provided a comprehensive floor plan, showcasing the property in its best light. This proactive approach undoubtedly helped attract suitable tenants efficiently.

The whole team at Your Move Wallsend are true legends. Manager Sarah Nixon leads the team and sets such a good example to her dedicated staff. On each occasion my telephone call enquiries were handled professionally by Sarah Smith and Gail. I can’t rate the team highly enough, fantastic service from start to finish ????????
Ashley showed me around a property I decided not to offer on and was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I then was sent via email another property, which was my perfect house, we moved really quickly and offered which was thankfully accepted. Chloe handled it all brilliantly, nothing was too much trouble. Sarah N the branch manager handled the sales progression with professionalism and I can say I wouldn’t have secured my completion date if it wasn’t for her.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Gail, Sarah, Sarah S, Amy, Ashley and Chloe for all of their hard work. Me and my friend are current renting a property and the process was so easy and extremely quick. We managed to get the keys quickly and were moved in straight away. The communication from the team was incredible and we were always updated with every step of the process. The whole team are very professional, polite and kind so I recommend anyone who wants to buy/rent definitely go with your move.
