Sheldon has the loveliest tempremant and was super patient in understanding all of our requests. The whole liason with everyone at SA was fab and such experiences permit such reviews. Keep up the fab work guys ...and give Sheldon a pay rise! Hehe. We will definitely recommend your services to friends and family.

Honest , proeffesional , kind and utterly genuine From start to finish. Supported by Lucy in this instance , both went above and beyond. Do not hesitate to engage with them for the sale of your property. We managed a 4 person chain in 17 weeks . Thankyou thankyou thankyou !
7th Oct 2024 (24 days ago)I'm very impressed with the level of service I've received from this estate agents, they've been incredibly helpful in my search for a home I've been dealing with Sinan and it's been a great experience. He's kept in touch, offered advice, answered my questions to the best of his ability, getting those he didn't have immediate answers for and was extremely helpful when it came to arranging my viewing. he's been very professional and courteous throughout.

From day one Richard has guided us through the process in such a professional way. When the house was on the market, he was realistic and honest, communicating regularly and offering sound advice. He was always able to answer our questions and was very responsive and professional at all times which helped speed things along and brought us to completion quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Richard if we needed to do this again.

Holly even offered to be a helping had when I was going through PND and that’s speaks volumes. They always look out for their clients well being. If i was to remain within London, I would not have parted with their services. They are the best
12th Oct 2024 (19 days ago)Pressure tactics to simply view properties listed by this agent. Stop being so difficult and just let viewers see the single property they want! I tried to view a property in Wallington and the agents tired the approach to pressure me to view 3-4 other properties on the same day even though I had minimal interest. I also told the berk I would be walking and they said it would be "right around the corner". Reluctantly I agree to see another one and turns out right around the corner took about 25 mins walk. The agents here should get an education in English. If buyers are not interested in seeing your whole list of properties, they aren't and should not be pressured to do so. Also learn the phrase "right around the corner" should not be used as a lie to tempt people to see another property. If it's this difficult to simply view a property, imagine what the whole process would be like!

19th Sep 2024 (6 weeks ago)The house wasn’t to bad however the estate agent MARK JARRET was extremely rude insisting that I should move my car from infront of the property so he could park instead this may seem minor but his approach was very aggressive and in professional towards a female. Personally I don’t think this estate agents should be used due to from what it seems lack of staff training which I have never experienced before. Yh is was very nerve wrecking for me.

I have many properties where i was having problems with tenants, receiving rent and many other issues. But Heaven Estate agents helped me a lot and has made the whole renting out properties a stress free process. The team is great at communicating with any issues or any problems that may need fixing within the properties. Would recommend if you would like a stress free experience.
29th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Overall they have been a great estate agent. They originally valued the property at £450k which was too high and resulted in no viewings. I had to drop the price by £25k after 6 weeks so I think they got the valuation wrong originally. The team were great, communication was good with the team setting up a what’s app good.
