He also worked well with the landlord to fulfill the requests that I had so that I could move into the property within the tight deadline that I had. If you need a reliable, talented, hardworking and friendly, estate agent, then he is the one for you.
6th Oct 2024 (26 days ago)Cray and Norton offer a great service. They are realistic regarding where the price of your property should be and able to give tips on making your property more saleable. Excellent communication and the guys work hard to drum interest and screen for time wasters. My property sold with them and that was a great feeling. No matter who you speak with there they are always polite and empathetic and offer a flexible service. I would highly recommend them. Just try for yourself and see ????

11th Oct 2024 (21 days ago)Sam was helpful with the purchase of the property. There were a few efficiencies that couldve been made - as is in any process. My name was spelt wrong in the initial checks that caused a little double work (by another colleague I think?). Either way the process was smooth and we were in contact most of the process. Albeit it was more us giving the agency an update on where we got with things than the other way about. Regardless everything - Sam has been very helpful in answering all the possibly dumb questions I had when it came to the sale.
16th Sep 2024 (7 weeks ago)This is a addition to my previous review left 2 years ago. We have bought the property through Clarendons and I can not recommend them enaugh. Especially Jordan who was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much for him and he did everything in order for our sale to be completed as soon as possible. Professional yet very friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with Clarendons, everyone was friendly and professional. I was very surprised when moved in to receive a welcome box with goodies inside. Never seen any other agencies doing that.

From day one Richard has guided us through the process in such a professional way. When the house was on the market, he was realistic and honest, communicating regularly and offering sound advice. He was always able to answer our questions and was very responsive and professional at all times which helped speed things along and brought us to completion quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Richard if we needed to do this again.

7th Sep 2024 (8 weeks ago)I honestly couldn’t recommend Paul and Richard at Folklands enough! Having never sold a property before, Paul walked me through the entire process with detailed explanations, and gave me a realistic and professional opinion on what I should put the property on the market for. Less than 1 week in and after 3 viewings I had 2 offers at asking price and I was very pleased I went with their advice. The sale of my property was not straight forward due to difficulties with my management company, but Paul kept both myself and my buyer updated and assured throughout the whole process. Paul and Richard went above and beyond what an estate agent would normally do to help me with the sale and I would trust them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone who wants as minimal stress as possible during a sale/exchange, and thank you to Sophie too for being on top of everything. Thank you Folklands

29th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Overall they have been a great estate agent. They originally valued the property at £450k which was too high and resulted in no viewings. I had to drop the price by £25k after 6 weeks so I think they got the valuation wrong originally. The team were great, communication was good with the team setting up a what’s app good.

29th Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)We’ve had a brilliant experience with Oaks in Addiscombe. From first meeting Yousef when our house was valued through to dealing with Oscar managing our viewings to Dane completing all the activities required after we accepted an offer. It only took 6 weeks to get a good offer on our house, which we were really pleased with. One of the things I thought Oaks were very good at was communication - we were always kept updated with what was happening, did not need to chase for updates and I love the way they set up a WhatsApp group with me - working full time it’s not always easy to find the time to ring the Estate Agent or take a call from them so this meant we had a second, flexible method of communication. Really simple but incredibly effective. Oaks also have a panel of people they can recommend to you, for example solicitors, surveyors etc. Oaks made the whole process so easy. I would definitely recommend them.
