Throughout this time the service I received was very professional, always on time and showing a high level of customer care. Worth mentioning Yasemin, who as my property manager did everything incredibly efficiently during my check out process, including the administrative paperwork, last property checks and returning my deposit in full.

23rd Oct 2024 (9 days ago)Very very bad service from the staff members. I have been waiting for months for getting back the deposit from them and haven’t got a proper response from their side. Very very poor service. To all the customers who approach ideal locations I am advising you to be more careful you have to go and ask your deposit atleast 1000 times to get a response from them. Such a irresponsible management

23rd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)In an industry which is among the five least trusted professions, Hamptons Canary Wharf, but specifically Jack, are raising the bar. I am completing my first home purchase and Jack took an honest selling approach from the beggining, understanding the type of property that I was after. While real estate promotions are usually generic, he highlighted this property to me knowing it checked a number of points while was also transparent on not selling too hard on properties which were outside budget/criteria, which resulted in greater trust. Further, I worked with Capital Private Finance where Avneet provided me with a number of options, while Paul and Kevin at Adams Kaye would periodically check in, pushed the seller's solicitors, and kept a good cadence of communication. Happy with the combined efforts, will look to re-use and recommend.
Moving can be one of the most stressful times , however it makes a refreshing change to find a company who charge reasonable upfront costs.. I would like to say a massive thank you to Michael Mercer who was always willing to go the extra mile.. :) he was very helpful and friendly very happy we are now renting with strettons :)

From the first time when she called me, she got the idea of what I'm looking for straightaway and suggested some options. We then successfully secured a flat with her. During the referencing and pre-move in process, she's been super helpful as well, even on her day off! It's been a great experience dealing with her, highly recommended :)

Any issues reported were fixed very promptly. Kaizer and Maryam are very professional and approachable. Highly recommend 444 services to tenants and landlords.

Our house was on the market, with viewings and offers above asking in less than a week. Mo was very responsive to our queries, he managed communications between all parties and solicitors to keep the transactions on track. In addition to his professionalism and commitment to his work, Mo is a great person and it was a pleasure working with him. We love our new house and hope we won’t be moving for a very long time, but if we do we will definitely use Mo again! Anna & Rory

4th Oct 2024 (28 days ago)We used McDowalls to valuate a housing association property we were re-selling. We paid for the original valuation, which is valid for 3 months, and as part of their service they offer a free 3 months extension. Due to some of the delays associated with selling shares from a housing association property, we found ourselves in a position where the valuation needed extended, once within the three month extension period and once outside of this. I contact thr company and thanks to Kelly and her colleagues, the valuation was extended twice within a day of initial contact, at no extra cost, allowing us to finally complete on the sale of the house, 8 months after the original valuation. Of all the people we've had to liaise with during the sale of the property, I van honestly say Kelly and her colleagues are the most efficient ones, making st least one part of the process less painful. Thank you very much to the whole team.

19th Sep 2024 (6 weeks ago)This company is our new managing agents and I cannot believe the extremely efficient, polite service I received as soon as I called about my washing machine which had broken down. The following day, an engineer was sent to me, machine fully broken. Engineer wrote a report, three days later I had a brand new, great brand of washing machine delivered and fitted. I was kept up to date with all details including delivery times via text or phone calls. None of the flats I have lived in before have ever been so caring and professional and I cannot recommend Stretton's property management highly enough. Chris was the gentleman who took care of everything so a huge thank you to him. What. Breath of fresh air !!!!! ?????????????????????
20th Oct 2024 (12 days ago)Wouldn't use any other estate agent. Our first time selling a property and I can honestly say Jason did everything he could to ensure it was as stress free as possible. Within hours of our property going on the market he had viewings lined up. We had an offer fall through and another offer accepted within days of each other. The most genuine, hard working, friendly estate agent around who goes above and beyond. (He even fed our cats between viewings whilst we were away for the weekend!!) Highly recommend!!

Joe was very honest with us about prospective tenants, he was keen to help us get the right tenants and not just take the first offer on the property. Overall great service from him and their property management team!

From the initial valuation, open day & sale to advice on the property we eventually bought, to recommending excellent services such as solicitors and removals Stewart was with us all the way. Moving house is a stressful time and if like us it is a long time since you moved (in our case 42 years) you need someone on hand to advise on the process. Stewart was able to do that. I would recommend Presidential Estates to anyone considering moving house for their friendly and professional service.
