We recently purchased a property through Hamptons Caterham, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received, especially from Carrie. From the very start, she was a pleasure to deal with—professional yet real, striking that perfect balance of being approachable without trying too hard, which is something we really appreciated. Throughout the process, Carrie was always incredibly responsive, replying to emails on the same day and making an effort to call back promptly if she was unavailable. She truly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly for us, making the whole buying experience remarkably simple and stress-free. What stood out most was that our conversations felt genuine. I wasn’t just dealing with an estate agent—Carrie’s approach felt much more personal, which made the entire experience so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Her professionalism, combined with a real personal touch, is what set Hamptons apart for us. 11th Oct 2024 (21 days ago)Sam was helpful with the purchase of the property. There were a few efficiencies that couldve been made - as is in any process. My name was spelt wrong in the initial checks that caused a little double work (by another colleague I think?). Either way the process was smooth and we were in contact most of the process. Albeit it was more us giving the agency an update on where we got with things than the other way about. Regardless everything - Sam has been very helpful in answering all the possibly dumb questions I had when it came to the sale.- 4th Oct 2024 (28 days ago)Great service from Abi and Diane, keeping me informed throughout my recent purchase. 16th Sep 2024 (7 weeks ago)This is a addition to my previous review left 2 years ago. We have bought the property through Clarendons and I can not recommend them enaugh. Especially Jordan who was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much for him and he did everything in order for our sale to be completed as soon as possible. Professional yet very friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with Clarendons, everyone was friendly and professional. I was very surprised when moved in to receive a welcome box with goodies inside. Never seen any other agencies doing that.

23rd Aug 2024 (10 weeks ago)Our sale wasn’t helped by the fact that we didn’t live in the property and we suffered through the property market collapse last year. Nevertheless Craig kept persevering and advised us accurately on the general market and comparable properties. He dealt well with our buyer and I would happily recommend Bond and Sherwill.

Honest , proeffesional , kind and utterly genuine From start to finish. Supported by Lucy in this instance , both went above and beyond. Do not hesitate to engage with them for the sale of your property. We managed a 4 person chain in 17 weeks . Thankyou thankyou thankyou !

It was not the easiest of transactions but at all times Stuart was on hand to answer any questions or negotiate with the sellers on varying points, under sometimes difficult circumstances. It was a great team effort to achieve the result we all wanted, buyer, seller and agent!

Earlier this year, John, Tom and Paul helped with purchasing our first home and made the whole experience very easy and smooth. Even with the small bumps in road that naturally occur with any home purchase, they were reassuring and maintained a good steam of communicating. They are readily available, friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend them
11th Oct 2024 (21 days ago)Liam and his team have been great with my sale. Out of all the estate agents I reviewed he was the most personable and honest. My sale has been difficult with various sales falling through for different reasons but Liam has managed to secure a buyer quickly without applying pressure on me to drop my price each time. I also had to pull out of a chain sale twice, and the first time Rob was amazing at keeping me calm and buying me time to decide what I wanted to do. Great people skills. The sales progression team agent Sarah has been amazing. I’m now at the stage where exchange has happened and it’s a few days from completion and I’m very grateful for their help. I don’t think I could have done this without her and Liam’s support and chasing. Even with our new purchase Liam responded instantly and helped with making sure we could prove our sale had gone through. Something which he didn’t have to do as quickly as he did as it doesn’t benefit him. Thank you again I would use Laurels again!

The journey of buying and moving home could have been the most stressful process, but with Ismail and Zoe by my side, I was kept smiling all the way through! Ismail’s knowledge and professionalism combined with Zoe’s tenacity and understanding make them a phenomenal team, which I feel very privileged to have had them push my sale and purchase through. My children and I are genuinely grateful for how they took care of us from chasing solicitors, agents, always at the end of phone meant we can now create memories in our forever home. Thank you both so much.

Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.
