11th Oct 2024 (21 days ago)Sam was helpful with the purchase of the property. There were a few efficiencies that couldve been made - as is in any process. My name was spelt wrong in the initial checks that caused a little double work (by another colleague I think?). Either way the process was smooth and we were in contact most of the process. Albeit it was more us giving the agency an update on where we got with things than the other way about. Regardless everything - Sam has been very helpful in answering all the possibly dumb questions I had when it came to the sale.
16th Sep 2024 (7 weeks ago)This is a addition to my previous review left 2 years ago. We have bought the property through Clarendons and I can not recommend them enaugh. Especially Jordan who was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much for him and he did everything in order for our sale to be completed as soon as possible. Professional yet very friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with Clarendons, everyone was friendly and professional. I was very surprised when moved in to receive a welcome box with goodies inside. Never seen any other agencies doing that.

21st Oct 2024 (11 days ago)Didn't have a great experience with Connells Redhill when we used them in 2022 - they did not seem to put in much effort, and left the back door open and unlocked after one viewing. Did get one offer in the end.
30th Oct 2024 (2 days ago)This is our second time selling with Robert Leech in Reigate....Emma and Craig were superb throughout the whole process. At one point, our sale had fallen through due to something raised on the survey, but due to the tenacity and determination of both we were able to work out a solution and get it back on track. There were many twists and turns in our chain/sale and it was never going to be an easy win, but they were with us all the way, A genuine well done and heartfelt thanks.

From day one Richard has guided us through the process in such a professional way. When the house was on the market, he was realistic and honest, communicating regularly and offering sound advice. He was always able to answer our questions and was very responsive and professional at all times which helped speed things along and brought us to completion quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Richard if we needed to do this again.

She's been extremely professional and understanding of our situation, whilst managing to find us a buyer within 2 weeks! Cannot praise Sammy enough throughout this whole time. Polite, courteous and pleasure of doing business with her, would highly recommend.
