Never ever let from Chase Evans.
The apartment I let had 2 faulty switches which caused multiple electric shock incidents.
I complained to my property manager Danish twice after this.
I eventually decided to move out of the property because they are not responsive.
Adriana in the office told me that Danish is no longer working in Chase Evans and he did not communicate your issue before he left.
When I called Adriana's manager, he told me that Danish never left Chase Evans. He just moved teams.
Now when I call to ask for my deposit, Adriana never takes the call and ask her colleague to pick it. I don't know her name but she very rudely cuts the phone without giving me the information I need.
I am filing a case against them now. Worst experience I ever had dealing with letting agents.
Would not recommend at all.

I had the pleasure of renting a flat through Felicity J Lord and it has been a great experience from stsrt to finish. Our property manager Lily Porter has been amazing, professional and efficient and her service has been outstanding. While I didn't end up finding a property through Chase Evans, I was deeply impressed by their professionalism and genuine care for clients. My agent, Mohammed, was exceptionally helpful and honest. He took the time to understand my financial position and offered realistic guidance about the property market – something other agencies seemed unwilling to do.
