Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring, during our house sale they were always in contact with our lawyer, our buyer, our buyers’ lawyer and ourselves to ensure that any bumps in the path were quickly smoothed over. Special mention to Doug Norris, who guided the whole process through to completion - I shall miss his calm and reassuring voice!

Without Ben's constant communication, and attempts to smooth out the bumps, there's no way we would have got it over the line. So thank you Ben, we are so grateful for your help securing our dream home!

In both cases services have always been excellent but Lynne is exceptional. She follows up, always positive and supportive. I really appreciated her attention and persistence and highly recommend working with her on your sale.

9th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)We chose Petty Son and Prestwich to sell our house having first got to know them when they were the acting agent for the vendor of the same house four years previously. All I can say is that the whole team are superb. The sales team we worked with, Greg, Faye, Francesca, Catherine, Pamela, Dan worked tirelessly to ensure our beautiful home was pitched at the right price using the right strategy. Their knowledge of properties in the area is second to none and given we ended up moving to another house in the same area, their advice and recommendations during the whole process was invaluable. It was a fairly drawn out process given market conditions at the time, with lots of ups and downs, but we always knew Pettys were keeping us fully informed and looking out for us. The whole team were always available for a chat to discuss progress and pick us up when needed and we really appreciated that. Once the sale was agreed, Elaine and Janine in the sales coordinator team were also incredible. Not every estate agent has a sales coordinator team, but after our experience I wouldn’t choose an estate agent who doesn’t have one. Again they both worked tirelessly to ensure our sale (and purchase) were as smooth as possible, by helping the communication between all parties involved. In conclusion, we thoroughly recommend Pettys for anyone looking to sell in the area and would like to give a big thank you to the whole team.

As a result now I am settling in my country in Japan nicely. I was fortunate to meet nice and efficient people, Conner and Alex particularly. Thank you for your hard work.

She was always in contact with us and prompt when meeting with her. We had to arrange multiple viewings of the house and she was always happy to accommodate. She was very knowledgeable of the property and area. She was super supportive and always in touch with us to keep us updated during the process. We couldn't recommend her enough and JDM! Thank you for helping us make our dream a reality!

As they say, not all superheroes wear capes and that is definitely true of Sam. He is truly a superstar amongst superstars. I cannot recommend him and the team enough. He has been extremely helpful throughout, very responsive, always willing to go above and beyond to get to end of the transaction. He was the person who held the whole chain together. Thank you also to Luke and the entire team for your support and patience with this very complicated chain. We cannot thank you enough.

If we move again I’ll definitely be reaching out to Kern again UPDATED REVIEW… thought they were fantastic until trying to leave the property got completely shafted with hidden costs and loopholes in the contract .. will not use again

I haven't had to contact them for maintenance concerns yet, so I can't comment on that. But if that goes as smoothly as the leasing process, we'll be just fine.

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Do not trust that their agents can put forward your offer. They have miscommunicated with their landlord which ultimately cost us our potential flat. Do not rely on them in your search and keep your other options open. Even if they make a mistake you will be blamed for it. I would not recommend dealing with this agency.

Throughout this contract period, Circa provided me with excellent services and most helpful assistance in relation to the letting of property. The team is professional and fair to all parties. They had done an excellent job in finding new tenant for another letting term. I thank them for the effort and assistance they offered and look forward to continuous quality services in the coming term.
