He was so efficient and quick with everything and really personable at the viewings. Within a day of enquiring we had seen a few properties with him and had an offer accepted. Great experience and really recommend them. Takes all the stress out of trying to find somewhere. Thanks Ben!

Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. 15th May 2025 (7 days ago)Overall really pleasant to work with in the selling process. Always responded very quickly and were proactive about booking viewings. The only area of improvement would be feedback from viewings, I probably only received feedback on 30% of the viewings that took place which left me feeling a little in the dark at times.

She was always prompt, helpful, and kept me updated at every step, even replying during bank holidays when I had a few urgent questions. Today’s final viewing left me feeling really confident and satisfied with my decision. However JDM were very consistent and always did their best to help me sell my first property and walk me through the process step by step. The agents were great to deal with, kept me updated throughout pre and post sale. I definitely recommend working with JDM if you need to sell your property in London!

Steve was honest, straightforward, friendly, and communicated clearly (never in 'agent speak') throughout the letting of our flat. Emails were answered within hours, questions openly answered - at no point did I feel like it was in any way a burden to support me through the process... and they found tenants within days of marketing. What's not to love? Thank you Steve, and Georgina, and whoever else was working behind the scenes to do such a lovely job :)

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

25th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Although I didn't end up getting the place Sam McCaig showed me due to location change of buying a house, I had the best experience with Sam, the information he provided me really helped me take into account everything required in the buying process, my actual estate agents weren't the best so I was really happy I met Sam initially who prepared me and suggested Mortgage Advisers Alexander Hall who were also fantastic. Even though I did not end up using Foxton I suggest to everyone I know to go with them due to fantastic their customer service
