He was so efficient and quick with everything and really personable at the viewings. Within a day of enquiring we had seen a few properties with him and had an offer accepted. Great experience and really recommend them. Takes all the stress out of trying to find somewhere. Thanks Ben!

He’s very knowledgeable about the area and his advise was genuine and helpful. Tina was v good as well in the purchase process as a progressor and helped speed along and make the process go smoother

Especially Eleanor, She’s such an amazing person and very knowledgeable about her work. She gave me the best of the best as regards my move in. Not Forgetting Elliot cool and wonderful Guy?? Shirley and Marta were all helpful. I have great respect for this wonderful team and I highly recommend. 5 Star rated!!!

Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. However JDM were very consistent and always did their best to help me sell my first property and walk me through the process step by step. The agents were great to deal with, kept me updated throughout pre and post sale. I definitely recommend working with JDM if you need to sell your property in London!

Any problems raised are resolved in a timely manner with high care. Jovanna is our primary Lettings consultant and she has been very responsive and supportive from the beginning. Great team to be in association with all together.
6th Nov 2024 (26 days ago)We recently had a property viewing with Ginny Pattni, and she was fantastic. Ginny’s knowledge of the property was excellent, which was incredibly refreshing – especially compared to other viewings where agents often seem to be trainees with limited information.
18th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!- 21st Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)We highly recommend Truepenny's agency in Greenwich. John Morritt and Wallace Jaffray were extremely helpful, efficient, friendly, and professional throughout. Buying a property is very stressful, and I had many questions, but John and Wallace made the entire process much easier and stress-free. An outstanding service from beginning to end.

Estate agents can sometimes be stuck in their own ways but Jamie was fantastic and we used WhatsApp for quick updates. It’s such a small thing but it does make a difference when you want to move fast. I had to change some do their T&Cs but they were flexible and accommodated my needs. Highly recommend.

Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.
25th Oct 2024 (5 weeks ago)Although I didn't end up getting the place Sam McCaig showed me due to location change of buying a house, I had the best experience with Sam, the information he provided me really helped me take into account everything required in the buying process, my actual estate agents weren't the best so I was really happy I met Sam initially who prepared me and suggested Mortgage Advisers Alexander Hall who were also fantastic. Even though I did not end up using Foxton I suggest to everyone I know to go with them due to fantastic their customer service
