We have used John Payne to both buy and sell a property (worked with several people but mostly with Abbey who was great).
Both times we found them to be very efficient and professional in every aspect, couldn't fault anything at all. Highly recommended.
Be careful before buying a property from them.
I had agreed a price on a property they were marketing. Just before exchanging, they pulled out and sold it to someone else. The manager Glenn Maher was particularly unprofessional during the process.
Not only I lost the property, but also the fees for surveyor, mortgage, solicitor.
I appreciate you looking into this matter. It is unfortunate you didn't find your agent's working style very aggressive, offensive and not up to your professional standards as my wife and I did.

KFH have been managing the property I let for the last 4 years and I have always found them to be extremely helpful and generally responsive. I have to break my tenancy and Kelly and the team were very quick to reassure me that they would do everything possible to find a replacement tenant as soon as possible which took a great worry off my shoulders. I have always been met with professionalism, respect and understanding which is not always the case with some other estate agencies.
I am extremely happy with the service of Jade Graham from the Canary Wharf office. Jade has given me great support and help and showed me several attractive properties. She is an excellent professional and I strongly recommend her. Great experience renting a flat. Everything made easy and found a flat that I liked on the very first viewing. She made sure the procedures and costs were clearly understood and followed up in a timely manner without giving pressure. I am a very happy client.
By far the worst customer service that I’ve ever come across. We have lived in the property for almost 2 weeks now and still have not received the correct keys. They gave us one of keys and told us we had to get more cut because we moved in late! What is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard! After complaining there eventually gave us another set but then the lobby key did not work! I was informed by the landlord that she had told them that they had to get the lobby key done by a specialist key cutter, they obviously didn’t listen to a word of that. We currently still do not have keys when I messaged them about it, I was told I had to return the keys because they were a lot of money! You can understand why it’s the worst customer service I have ever come across. They did not apologise for giving us the wrong set of keys they have not said that they are going to get more cut even though it is in the contract. The complete absurdity of this whole situation irritates the hell out of me! That I can’t even get into the property that I’m paying for.
But there is more! When we moved into the property of the hot water wasn’t working! It is still not working we have to get a new boiler! They said they checked it a couple days before we move in but the way the company is managed I very much doubt they did. We also have problems with the furniture that is unusable! The table in the living room is completely wonky the chairs scrape against the wooden floor, so at the minute I’m eating my dinner on the sofa. Until my order comes through on Amazon because God knows they are not going to get any new ones. Our double bed in our room has got wheels so every time we get on it I feel like I’m dancing on ice! The shower head is completely screwed! The doors to balcony do not open!
I could probably go on for days! Yeah so a long story short you are probably best off not using this company. Save yourself the stress and knew someone else I wish I did.
Complete Letting has been managing my property for the past 4 years and as an overseas landlord, I would highly recommend them.
Jody Micallef has been first class. Her communication , prompt responses and readiness to assist has taken all the pressure off being a non resident landlord.

Worst kind of letting agents we've dealt with. So incompetent and irresponsible. We've been living in a cold flat from past 3 months and the agency is just sitting on this issue. Instead of getting it resolved they told us there are no issues with the heating. We were informed of the wrong council tax band at the time of signing the contract. The property manager is unapproachable that every time we send her an email, we have to give a call to her to let her know that there is an email from us, sitting in her inbox waiting for her response. She never has any concrete reply for any of the issues that have been reported so far. We're throwing our hard earned money at the higher electricity bills and ludicrously high council tax bill because of Complete's unprofessional behaviour and inadequate knowledge.

Please AVOID this agency! They never respond to emails, they ignore you all the time, they don't attend to any maintenance issues and they simply don't care about your property if you are a tenant or landlord. I used to be with a smaller agency, Berkley, which was really good, but unfortunately they were absorbed by Regent. This has been the worst property agency experience I have ever had. We have a mould problem in our bathroom, which was reported to them in May 2017 and up to today November 2017 they haven't resolved the problem, despite landlord agreeing to put an extractor and giving them funds for it. They sent an engineer to assess the work in August and since then they just remained silent. I have been sending them emails and calling them since August, but they simply ignore you and never reply to your emails. Last week we got an email from a new agency saying that the landlord was very unhappy with Regent's poor service and decided to change them. Regent hasn't even notified us and when we called them they didn't know what was going on, they are always in total mess. They were supposed to fit the extractor before they officially stop managing us as the landlord gave them funds for it. They sent another engineer last week again to again assess the work, as apparently the previous one lost the report (this was their first argument) or didn't get the right quote (this was their new argument when I called a day after). Nevertheless, of course they failed to resolve the issue as the landlord was done with them and decided that the new agency will finally deal with what Regent failed to do for past half a year. Also, they never know what is going on and when our previous property manager left, they didn't even notify us and didn't know who was the new one for some time. Everyone is always out of office and they always promise things they never deliver and never get back to you.For example they tell you they will email you or call you back in 5 minutes, but they never do. Forget emailing them as your emails will never get a reply, forget reporting maintenance issues on their platform Fixlo as they will never attend to them, forget calling them as people leave their jobs daily and the new people never know what is going on, forget complaining to them as they will pass it on to the maintenance team which doesn't care. Also, they have lost a copy of our keys which were given to them by our previous agency (I have emails to prove this). They never even checked the flat and in case we aren't here and something is happening or we are locked out, they can't do anything. They failed at managing our property, they failed at attending to maintenance issues plus I find their staff very ignorant and often impolite (example - our previous property manager Davindra told me to have a window in the bathroom opened all the time as in her opinion this would resolve the mould issue, despite me telling her we live on ground floor and have to close the window when we are not in the flat. Also, her emails were very passive-aggressive).Their emergency number often doesn't work and either no one picks it up and if they do you have to keep calling it for hours. The worst experience ever, I highly recommend avoiding this agency if you are a landlord or tenant as they simply can't deliver anything and they won't manage the property for you at all. Also please note that they fake their reviews, their own employees (example: Ben Temple who is a director and Jordan Axten who is a compliance officer) gave 5 star reviews although Google Policy clearly states that you shouldn't review your own employer here as it is a conflict of interest. As soon as I reviewed them, Jordan Axten added a 5 star review (without any comments) and their supplier who does photography for them also gave them 5 star review to put their overall rating up. This agency is a big SCAM

I’ve had good and bad experiences with Foxtons but if you ever get the “property manager” named Nina Stewart, you’re out of luck. How such a lazy, rude and disgusting person is allowed to have control of anything says a lot about this branch. Stay away from them, you’ve been warned
