Landlord Beaware of high exit fees. We had two properties let by Clyde, the poor service and high fees (12%+VAT) made us decide to switch to a different agents. We already work with two other local agents and both of them are much better than Clyde. On one occasion, Clyde didn't relay the message of rat problems in one of the flats to us for an extended period of time and the tenants suffered and we got the blame. They charge 3 months of management fees as penalty but good riddance! Just because they are a high street brand, they feel they can charge more but there are so many smaller better agents out there.... Read more

Realistic assessment of property and expected price, prompt display of property online followed up by prompt organisation of viewings culminating in an accepted offer within 4 weeks from start of process.
