As a first-time buyer, I found the prospect of buying a house an overwhelming daunting experience. However, from the 1st enquiry with Entwistle Green they put me at ease with their knowledge and experience. They have been incredible, and I can’t praise them enough! All the staff there are so helpful and friendly!
After having many viewings with other estate agents, this was the 1st one with Entwistle Green and they certainly surpass the others, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. My initial enquiry was with Sarah who was extremely helpful and advised me to speak to Sam, a mortgage consultant at Countrywide Mortgage Service, to provide support with me being a first-time buyer. I am so happy that I did as he’s been brilliant, goes above and beyond, helped me out with everything I was unsure on, and keeps me updated regularly throughout the process. I advise anyone in a similar boat to use Sam’s expertise as you won’t regret it!
Again, a massive thank you to Sam, Sarah, Georgia, Emma and all the team who I have spoken with at Entwistle. You have been amazing in helping the process be so smooth!

Entwistle Green manage our rental property nearby and do an excellent job - recently we had a changeover in tenants and our agent, Rebecca, was great. She is very communicative and readily contactable. She and her team have helped coordinate some renovations and linked us in with reliable local contractors. They have secured a very well referenced tenant and have assisted them well with their move-in. Happy to recommend.
