Sometimes I buy from the Nottingham Premium Room. They provide good descriptions and photos of the lots. They have been very helpful when need. Thanks Steve.... Read more

They seem to auction items from places like Amazon that have been rejected as not working or damaged - the kind of stuff that is often used, broken or with parts missing that have been returned by customers and can't be sold off on the original sellers' outlets because the condition isn't good enough. The problem is that John Pye doesn't describe the actual condition, but uses instead stock images that make items seem like new. If you complain in any way, they are likelt to close your account.... Purchased an office chair recently, came incomplete, missing the whole middle part that puts everything together (see photo). The description did not mention anything about it being incomplete, it just stated "LAZBOY OFFICE CHAIR". The photos did not indicate that there would be missing parts. Now I'm out £168 and pieces of a chair. Please be careful and don't bid to avoid dissapointment and financial burdens.... Read more

Please be aware, they can also sell counterfeit or faulty/ damaged items as I found. Recently bought a well known divers watch they advertised in a online auction, when I recieved the watch it was broken and used but looked to of been covered up with repairs. I paid well over the odds for a faulty watch and once I asked about what to do they just reffered me to the pages of small print and terms and conditions that basically don't hold them to accountable for anything.
Also, I would add that if this is the first time you are bidding online once you place a bid it adds another few minuets to the bidding timer. Way longer than what you would get in the actual auction house, a sneaky tacktic I found that runs up the price of items being sold.... Read more

Just as with most of their listings/descriptions, the five star reviews here are likely fake, they use misleading descriptions and photos and then people have to pay for the junk to get delivered to them a process that can take over a month even to just a few miles down the road.. ridiculous and dishonest system, absolutely disgraceful as is the lack of customer service that will always politely tell anyone to just **** off and you can forget about any compensation you deal with this company you take all the risk while they just collect big fat profits, with the amount of people they screw over on a weekly basis they should not be allowed to operate, they must just pay off the right people.... DO NOT BID or BUY anything from this company.
READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!!
90% of their stock are either FAULTY or DAMAGED. They are NOT cleaned, tested or refurbished. They are SALVAGE RETURNS.
You do NOT SAVE ANYTHING from buying from them. You will find a better deal from eBay and you can easily get your money back if it is faulty or damaged.... Read more

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
