Scott, Emily, and the entire team at Kiln & Lodge have truly gone above and beyond in handling the sale of not just one, but two properties for us. While the first property sale was relatively straightforward and stress-free, the second one presented unforeseen challenges. Despite selling fairly quickly before the Christmas holidays, we were left devastated when the buyers decided not to proceed with the purchase in the new year.
Throughout this turbulent period, Scott's unwavering commitment to keeping us informed and reassured was truly commendable. Despite the setback, he wasted no time in springing into action, swiftly relisting the property and orchestrating a successful sale within a week of relaunching it to the market. Despite the frustration of going through the viewing process again, the outcome surpassed our expectations.

Would not recommend to manage tenancy or sale of a property. They had my business for both and I ended up in a awful and costly situation where my buyer pulled out a few weeks before exchange without good reason and the tenant damaged my property during the final 2 months notice (including building their own rubbish tip at the bottom of the garden). Full checks were not done since the property was out on the market (except quick look around while holding viewings) and it turns out Kiln and Lodge didn't even hold the deposit or the keys to the property (but told me they did, as the portfolio had been sold to them) and the buyer had cited access issues before. No real apology from the team, just a "lessons learned" email. Sad to say my lesson was a huge financial one.

Moved into our place not long ago, but Emily has been absolutely lovely and very helpful in our move. She’s been readily available every time there is an issue or question and talked us through the process to make sure we are well informed. Our entire signing process was done quickly. She was flexible on move in times to meet us and also helpful in keeping in touch with the landlord.
Having dealt with quite a few agents in the past, I can definitely say this has been the most pleasant experience so far. Polite, professional, flexible, and well-informed.

Scott was phenomenal in handling the many, many obstacles that cropped up. He proffered workable solutions and alternatives to seemingly insurmountable issues that cropped up throughout the property purchase process. He did a lot of hand holding and encouraging which was outside his purview and I cannot reccomend his services enough.
