19th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)We have just sold our property through Williams and Donovan. I cannot praise the team there highly enough. Mark was our first contact, he came round to value our property and get it on the market. To our surprise it sold in eleven days and an offer was accepted. From then on Lloyd and Paul were extremely helpful and kept us informed all along the way. We had a couple of issues with our buyers, but was quickly sorted out buy the team. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who asked about them. Thanks again to your team, really appreciate all you did for my wife and myself.

19th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)My husband and I bought a house through Charles David Casson a couple years back and they were the worst part of the process. Their communication was poor from start to finish. They recommended the worst solicitors, DO NOT go for the solicitor they recommend. They failed to adequately arrange viewings and made the process HELL. At several points I had to request their manager to intervene, who was equally useless. If you enjoy stress and headache, you can go for them. If the seller had not been so lovely and accommodating, we would not have got this sale over the line. We literally did all the work whilst they twiddled their thumbs and wasted our time. After the sale went through, they’ve been harassing me periodically to give a valuation of the house- in case I want to sell. Haunting me even to this day.

12th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Outstanding service from start to finish! Steve and Lily are by far the best agents I've dealt with on any property sale/purchase. Open, honest and couldn't do more to help and make sure everyone gets the best outcome. We were required to get to market fast to secure a further property and the whole team worked at speed to make this happen. At no point have I had to chase or push for action. Also, when undertaking viewings they are very respectful of the property and trustworthy. Lily even remained professional whilst our dog ate her shoe! 100% will use Steve, Lily and Leaders again!!

As first-time landlords, the whole process felt quite daunting, but they guided us every step of the way with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. From initially letting out our home to selecting fantastic tenants and managing everything seamlessly, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. Their communication was excellent throughout, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Richard and Cam have been an absolute pleasure to deal with—friendly, knowledgeable, and always going above and beyond. We’re incredibly grateful for all their hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend 1st Call Property to anyone looking for a trustworthy and outstanding service.

It is a real contrast to other agencies I have used who seem to put the property on their website and sit and wait for enquiries to come, offering little feedback or insight into viewers or the local market.
16th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I have used Kurt Gonzales previously to sell a family home, I was very impressed with his efficiency and friendlly attitude that I used him again. Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. I cannot sell his services enough!

I have been looking for a place for so long and she managed to find me the perfect one bedroom apartment, she knows I have been fussy however there hasn't been much on the market recently and once I got the call she guided me through the whole process from start to finish I could not thank her enough and would recommend anyone who is looking please go to her! great estate agents to work with would recommend

They have provided a fantastic service by communicating clearly, being friendly and helpful, and always taking the time to respond to any queries or issues. Compared to other letting agents I have been with, this is by far the best one out there. Ben Vainola was super helpful during my time as a tenant. If I ever had any requests or queries Ben would always be quick to respond with a solution. I always felt reassured by having Ben as my letting agent as he was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. Ben would even respond out of hours and was always quick to resolve any concerns or answer any queries.

24th Feb 2026 (4 weeks ago)We sold two homes through Oakheart to move into a property together. We decided to go with them after viewing a property, as they were professional and answered all the questions we had as well as listening to why that house wasn't right for us (and actually turned up unlike other estate agents we had booked viewings with lol). Marcus was great with coming to see us to value the properties and managed to get us viewings before they were even on Rightmove. Both sold in less than 9 days, which was crazy! Throughout the early stages of the selling process, he was great at staying in touch with us as was the office to confirm suitable times for viewings. Once the sales were being progressed, Amy and Indie were also awesome. Amy was fast to respond to queries and kept us updated and was fab at pushing for completion, as well as being reassuring and proactive to prevent the chain from collapsing. Despite it being a complex split chain with some issues arising from my buyers having a few problems with things like surveys being requested last minute by their lenders, and poor communication from the estate agents we are buying from, they did a brill job at managing everything to meet our completion date.
