Every interaction with Hedley and Sarah was positive and I would choose them if I was to sell my property. We bought a bungalow and Sarah kept us up to date through the whole sale progression process, and Hedley had been a pleasure to deal with during the viewings/negotiations. Highly recommended.

They have been super helpful, kind as I have not been through this process before so have been walking me through step by step. I feel comfortable asking questions and they got my house on the market and people through the door viewing within a couple of hours. Just all round great service so far ????

From the initial valuation together with the ongoing support once my property was sold, through to them liaising with my solicitors and the estate agents from who I am purchasing my next property. Fees are always a bit of a contender when selling ..but you get what you pay for and they have definitely proved they are worth it with there helpfulness and professionalism.

6th Jul 2024 (21 days ago)Having lost my father then having to administer his estate which included the family home of over 50 years, selling was never going to be an easy decision to make. Not sure what to do, I gave Palmer & Partners a call as I had already had a previous positive experience buying with them. On contacting them, empathy and compassion was instantly shown and they could not have been more helpful. They arranged a valuation and discussed the next steps providing options that we could take. All this was conducted with no pressure and with compassion and empathy. Our family decided to sell with Palmer & Partners who provided a very realistic market value, and provided expert advice on when it was best to put the property on sale to maximise the asking price and chance of a sale. They found a buyer very quickly, and multiple offers were forthcoming. They were professional in advising on each buyers curcumstances and helped us come to a decision armed fully with the facts. Unfortunately the Probate process took almost eight months. Despite this they kept in contact with us fully during the process which of course was a difficult time and showed the upmost patience and kept the buyer on side. I could not fault the service I had in any way and would not hesitate to recommend Palmer & Partners as a top choice to use when selling or buying a home.
