13th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Fennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

26th Jun 2026 (2 days ago)The sales instruction was given on the basis of the local knowledge and market evaluation provided by the agent. However during the agreed length of the agreement, no viewing was arranged, at the end of the 4th week, agent approached me for a chat, agreed a time. He never contacted me, my overall experience with this so called “ Estate Agent” is terrible, no communication from the office/agent since instruction, not pro active. This resulted in my withdrawing from the market

They quickly found tenants for our house and all of them were reliable and responsible. Any minor issues were dealt with by the members of the ET team effectively. We would recommend them and thank them for their services.

29th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)We went with Bond to sell our flat recently - we chose them based on being the most realistic valuation, being down to earth (not a sales pitch!) and their experience selling similar flats. We had weekly communication with them as they changed their marketing as things progressed. We did all the viewings ourselves which was fine with us anyway. Sold our flat in 6 weeks for asking price so happy with the experience with Bond!

From the outset, Sigourney explained things clearly and sensitively, which made a very difficult and emotional process far easier to manage. Communication was always prompt, courteous, and reassuring, and I felt fully supported at every stage. What stood out most was the calm and compassionate manner in which matters were dealt with. I always felt treated with patience, respect, and understanding, and nothing ever felt too much trouble. The professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence throughout the probate process. We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend them.

From the first viewing to completion, everyone was friendly, professional and easy to deal with.<br>Archie showed us around the flat and was absolutely lovely. He gave us plenty of time to look around, never rushed us, and was happy to answer any questions we had. He made the viewing feel relaxed and enjoyable.<br>Charlotte and her team were brilliant throughout the whole process. They kept things moving, kept us updated, and were always on hand whenever we needed anything. Buying a property can be stressful, but they made it feel so much easier.<br>I’d happily recommend William H Brown to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
