Great service from start to finish. As first time buyers they supported us through out the whole buying process and kept us up to date regularly and made things easy for us. Jessica did a wonderful job of guiding us and keeping in touch with us through out the process all the way to handing over the keys. I highly recommend them.

Great estate agent. Very diligent with all the contracts with tenants and landlords ensuring all are well protected by the laws and regs at all time.

Is there a 6th star option?!? Wow!
My partner & myself needed to find a long term rental property in/around Leicester and we worried it was going to be a long & stressful process. However…..
…. We looked at just one properly that stood out for us and logged interest late one evening.
We received an immediate, out of hours WhatsApp communication (which clearly appeared as legitimate - not a concerning ‘half hearted’ spam text). Then it was really easy to communicate & get a viewing booked.
As an extremely busy sector, we anticipated a little bit of a waiting time, in this case 1 week. The following day, Marnie called me with a cancellation and I viewed the property the following day.
A second viewing was also made available so my partner could visit.
We loved the property, then were told how to quickly & easily apply (with a timeline of future viewing - so we got first refusal).
Chris then got in touch and it was just all so simple & easy - all within the same WhatsApp conversation from the first evening, so applying was simple.
The property was immediately taken offline (we checked this - as we didn’t want to be part of a bidding war) and we then had frequent & straightforward communication regarding ‘next steps’.
Chris & Marnie supported us throughout all of the holding deposit, application & referencing phases (even with Chris away on annual leave during this).
The experience we’ve had has honestly been perfect, so considering the UK rental market currently.. we are extremely grateful!

I’ve just rented a flat from Chris in Knightsbridge and the whole experience was really easy, the software they use for checks makes the process so much easier than other agents I’ve used, and they Cris was so helpful. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Sorry it has taken a couple of weeks to write this review, it’s been so hectic with moving. Knightsbridge were brilliant and really grateful to all their help in selling our old home and finding us a new home. Beth, Luke & Jessica were brilliant from our valuation to get the keys. The gift we got as well was really special and very thoughtful.
