All the staff were really helpful throughout the whole selling process whoever you spoke to, but particularly Cameron. Communication was great and would definitely recommend.
Worst agency I have met. They do not turn up to the viewings. They do not pick up the phones, although they say that they can come to see you. Travelled 50 miles to see a property, where they didn’t care to notify us if they could attend or not. Do not choose this agency.

You will never get any reply from this agency when you request a viewing or more information of the property, whatever I tried to contact them by calling, email, on the rightmove, they will never ever get back to you.

Such lovely people to deal with who care and give a fully professional service. Feel more like a friend selling on your behalf than an estate agent. Always go that extra mile and work with you. Won’t use any other estate agent ever again. Hold your hand throughout the whole process.
