I didn’t end up reserving the property due to personal circumstances, but I would not hesitate to go through Knightsbridge Lettings in future. By far the best lettings agent I’ve ever dealt with.

22nd Jul 2026 (22 days ago)I used mortgage advisor Cem to get onto the property ladder.<br>Cem has been a great support during a very difficult process, answering every query and worry call/email; being honest and upfront which has helped me to learn and develop my knowledge of the market process and still remaining supportive and positive for me with what I had chosen.<br>I was able to trust Cem to do what was best for me and my circumstances; changing the mortgage deal to get me a better rate. I am not worrying so much about what money I have leftover.<br>Furthermore, Cem has encouraged a meeting next year to plan ahead for my mortgage renewal. This helps my neurodiverse brain; no last minute stress and pressure if it was left until last minute and, helps me to financial plan.<br>Thank you Cem for all your help.
8th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)You have to submit ALL your details to be able to even ask for a viewing. Fill in all personal information then you get left sitting waiting to hear back from them! Then you call and they say oh send an email and chase up your application!<br>It’s all a joke to just even get a viewing and I have waisted so much time and got no where with this estate agent!

From the initial valuation visit through to completion they were very professional, always easy to get in touch with via phone or email . Special mention must go to Niomi who kept me updated throughout the sales process. A highly recommended company if you're looking to sell your property.

The whole team was fantastic from start to finish, consistently going above and beyond to make a difficult time so much easier to navigate. She was always there with reassurance, clear guidance, and a kindness that truly stood out. The whole team were really proactive, quick to respond and kept me up to date through the whole process. From the evaluation by Will, who had good knowledge of the market with data evidence to back up, to Lia and team with excellent communications throughout, and support and professionalism particularly when things were a bit challenging. The whole process from viewing the property to the day we got the keys only took 2 weeks which was amazing . Can’t thank Ewemove and Owen enough.

7th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)?????<br><br>After renting through this letting agency for over 20 years, I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated at the end of my tenancy.<br><br>I was the one who gave notice and expected the check-out process to be handled fairly and professionally. I felt like my loyalty as a long-term tenant counted for nothing.<br><br>The agency retained my entire deposit and then requested an additional £90, including charges for black bags left in the dustbin and miscellaneous items that were actually part of my original part-furnished tenancy agreement. I reluctantly paid the extra amount simply to bring the matter to an end, but I strongly disagree with how it was handled.<br><br>Over the course of more than 20 years, very little was invested in the property. The carpets were replaced only once despite already being noted as worn when I moved in and improvements such as the new boiler and loft insulation were only carried out through external schemes that I arranged.<br><br>I also experienced being locked out of my home after an inspection because the faulty front door had been double-locked, leaving me unable to access my property over a weekend.<br><br>After over two decades as a reliable tenant who always paid rent and looked after the property, I expected to be treated with fairness and respect. Unfortunately, my experience at the end of my tenancy has left me feeling that customer service and fairness were lacking. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this letting agency.

24th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)I am very pleased with the staff at kal sangra, (auction team) they were really helpful from the registration process till the auction itself!<br>Taking part in any auction can be daunting and very overwhelming but with the right guidance and help it can be made very simple! Thanks to Danesha.<br>I would definitely recommend this auction group.<br>The bidding is fast paced as it should be and the process very easy if you register with all the documents required.<br>Note: Bidding can get carried away but you the bidder must know your own limit!

I viewed a property on Adderley Road listed by Focus Property, and the viewing agent explicitly told me there was very little interest in it. However, when I tried to apply the very next day, my application was instantly denied. When I called the office to follow up, a staff member named Miglena Ivanova explicitly told me over the phone that the landlord chose a couple over me simply because I have children. When I pointed out that this is blatant discrimination against families with kids, she claimed it wasn’t. It feels highly unprofessional, and I strongly suspect the agent didn’t even put my application forward to the actual owner. Under UK housing guidance and the Renters' Rights framework, refusing tenants simply for having children is completely unacceptable. Avoid their services if you have a family.

After over 40 years of living in the same property and this being only my third ever house move I needed an estate agent who would look after me, act promptly in my best interests and take away much of the worry and stress. Jowett and Stone have done all of this. Friendly and helpful at all times and very good on follow ups and progress chasing. In office hours , I found that there was always someone to answer my call and if they couldn't help there was usually someone who could assist, or I would receive a call back within good time. My property is now sold subject to contract and all has gone well so far.
