They made the whole process feel simple and stress-free from start to finish. No matter how many questions we had (and there were a lot!), they were always happy to help, explain everything clearly, and keep us updated. They always picked up the phone whenever we needed them and chased everything up to help speed the process along. Their communication, professionalism, and support meant so much to us during such an important time. Thank you both so much — we truly appreciate everything you’ve done for us! Highly recommend.
15th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)Hunters are local experts. They are down to Earth and do not make wild claims about selling your property - they are realistic and speak to you honestly. Amy helped give us advice on how to make the house presentable for a sale and checking for damp. That was really appreciated as I was not able to have contacts in the area for support with these things. Communication was straightforward and all were pleasant and helpful throughout.

She was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. On top of that, she had a great sense of humour which made the viewing relaxed and enjoyable. A real credit to the team – thank you, Jo!

From the initial valuation visit through to completion they were very professional, always easy to get in touch with via phone or email . Special mention must go to Niomi who kept me updated throughout the sales process. A highly recommended company if you're looking to sell your property.

Helped with enquiries, chased solicitors when needed and been really helpful.

In partnership with them, we developed a pricing strategy that generated considerable interest in the property and 6 offers (all bar one of which were well above asking) after only a week on the market. Since going to SSTC, their progress team has kept us well informed. Looking forward to their help in pushing our sale to completion.

28th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)Don’t rent a property with them, they will extort your deposit in the name of “deep cleaning” we left the property with painted walls and fully cleaned property prior to moving as stated in the contract. Yet they charged us for something they never did! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

She conducted her market research and prepared results according to my needs and the outcome was positive. She asked the right questions, provided useful information, and also gave me the opportunity to enquire further without any pressure.
