Buying your first house can be very stressful but Paresh Patel, my mortgage advisor, made it easier for me. He was always friendly, professional and always responsive to any questions/queries i had, big or small. i highly recommend him!!
It is not a agency, missed three times for my booked appointments. It's a shame of British.
Tried to sell my property with this estate agent with no luck. Switched to another estate agent and the person who bought the flat said they had tried to book a viewing on it previously with William H Brown and were told our property had sold already. Waste of time.
Turned up for a 3:30pm viewing on Saturday, the agent never turned up. We waited for 20 mins either side of the appointment outside the property so of course gave up byt his point. Tried to call several times with no answer. Another couple were waiting outside who said they also had their appointment at 3:30pm...double booked, nice. Called today to get an answer to what happened, they essentially called me a liar saying the agent was in fact there (bear in mind TWO couples waited and both have said they weren't there). They then denied we were double booked, then slipped up by mentioning THREE couples were looking at the flat. When I asked for an answer, she said "I will be taking my colleague's word for it, is there anything else I can help with?". Erm NO. Never, EVER again, thanks!
Came across Spencers as the agents for the house I was buying in 2011 and they were so much better, more efficient and more personable than my own agents, I went to them to help rent out my former home. Seven years and three sets of great tenants later, not to mention advice, recommendations for tradespeople etc I am still with them, still get the same great personable and quick communication, still recommend them to anyone either buying or renting in Leicester. If you want to be treated like a person not a number - rarer and rarer these days - these are the firm for you.
They were really helpful when we were moving in, but when we got the keys, we realised that the flat is dirty (even though it was a newly built property) and someone even forget to wipe off his urine from the toilet seat, so the first couple of days we spent cleaning and never received a compensation for that. Now we have moved out, we did clean, left in a better state compared to the beginning of the tenancy and yet they are trying to take our deposit for cleaning and "damage on the wall" which was there already when we moved in. And just to make things better, they not even telling us our DPS number, so we can not start the dispute. If you do not mind losing your deposit for made up reasons, they are the number one!
Excellent Service as always! Having used Kings for many years, Suki and her team are always friendly, helpful and proactive and are my No 1 recommended agents. Will always turn to Kings for property requirements.
Iv been with KRE for about 18 months, initially it was very well organised up until the last 6 months where several members of staff have been very unprofessional. The communication side of things are really bad and now I can't get my final rent payment. Suki, Jaz and Narinder are those that I have been dealing with and my emails are just being ignored. Please avoid and use somebody more reputable.
These guys were great. Pushing the sale of my new property, and doing everything to help push the sale of my house which was holding the process up. Rakhee deserves particular recognition. Highly recommended estate agents
I went in to this branch as I was seeking a larger property. On entering I told someone who apparently worked in sales what I wanted & she slobbered disjointedly at me to the general effect of " take a seat & someone will see yus when available". I waited & eventually saw a 'Lettings Negotiater'. Despite the fancy name he was just a rude, underskilled, undertrained man with an attitude. I made an appointment with him to view a flat & left. Later that day I sent him a polite txt asking if we could perhaps rearrange due to work commitments & I eventually (about 24 hrs later) got an unproffessional, sarcastic & disrespectful txt back starting "yeah.... ". Haart hadn't exactly inspired confidence at this point & their fees are extortionate so I didn't proceed with the viewing. I went to another agent who treated me with professionalism/respect and I quickly got the flat I wanted. (I actually saw the same flat advertised with this new agent far cheaper than Haart..). I certainly won't be recommending Haart to friends or colleagues..
If I could give zero stars, I would.
An inept organisation who blame the Landlord's for their lack of action.
The staff are absolutely ridiculous. The emails I have received would be hilarious if I wasn't so infuriated with their lack of professionalism and terrible, terrible customer service.
Micki Bond (the Head of Lettings Administration) is by far the most rude, inefficient & useless person I have ever had the displeasure to meet.
Our complaints have been ignored for over 2 years, they have continued to claim ignorance to issues that were raised when we moved in, and we have been passed from one vapid person to the next. Not one person has taken any of our problems seriously.
I do not write this review lightly. I have worked in the property market for over 5 years and have a portfolio of 174 beds, and am acting Manager for 468 beds.
I would not hire/tolerate a single member of staff at Taylor's in my business. And if I was the Director Brian Taylor, I would be ashamed to put my name to this maladroit company.
Avoid! Terrible company with terrible ill-trained staff.
