couldnt ask for better service with my purchase and sale. All staff were extremely professional, polite, organised and helpful. They went beyond their call of duty and pushed my case through quickly and efficiently. Wonderfully friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. A special thanks to Rob and Jordan for putting up with me and taking extra time to contact me every step of the way.
I had a conversation about arranging a house evaluation booked for Saturday 7th January between 12.30 - 1pm.. When 1pm passed I called the agent and I was told no booking had been scheduled for that address. I then checked my phone log and the call was taken on Monday 2nd January. Terrible service (I say that loosely) as they didn't follow up on the service that was arranged.

I am sorry to be blunt but I need to share my experience. I have lived in big cities like London, Birmingham, Leeds and in towns like Nuneaton but I would say this has been my worst experience so far with Knightsbridge estate agents. I made an offer on a property in Leicester and even after 8 weeks of accepting the offer, they didn't produce the memorandum of sale despite scrutinizing all the details more than a lender! We had to even request for confirmation of offer acceptance. They probably would have provided better service if I had chosen to go with their own mortgage advisor as they would not only have gotten a good amount of fee from me but also a commission from the lender. I would have appreciated a little patience given that I was buying my first property in the UK. The only point I would like to say to vendors is please avoid this agent as they could really put buyers off! (I didn't want to give even 1 star but that was mandatory for the post)
We used Connells in Blaby for selling our house in January 2018. Nicola came to value our property and was very helpful and friendly. Daniel, and James also did viewing. Very pleased ???? would recommend again.
I had my property of 47 glengate le184sq on the market with Connells estate agents blaby in the year of 2016 and on two occasions a woman there let herself in my property without letting me know first
I had told her not to do this the 1st day for a viewing and the 2nd day after this one she did it again and I told her to get out
I had seen this woman in blaby walking into Connells laughing with another woman after these incidents from a bus that pulled up at the bus stop in blaby outside the estate agents
In my home this woman said "that smells nice to the dinner I was making while she just let herself in"
I had a word with the manager and she opologised for the conduct of a staff member and that they had failed as an estate agents to sell my property
Then after this date from the top of my road I saw a director I believe of Connells while this was all going on looking up my road called Michael day and I am not sure whether himself and this estate agent woman knew each other or not but it was not nice being walked in on when nothing had been arranged is a viewing and also this viewing happened after 5pm when the estate agents was shut.
I do not like estate agents that fail to sell a property and then just walk into your home when they wish like they own it without arranging a viewing

Dealt with a female member of staff a little while ago .. really unhelpful... a bit confrontational when I spoke to the seller directly... in the end just gave them a miss.

Very disappointed by the unprofessional conduct.
1.Arranged a viewing, the letting agent did not turn up. I called the office, they informed me that the agent was on their way. 10 minutes later I called again and they then informed me the agent could not make it, had not set off and had in fact double booked.
2. I arranged a booking for another day. They then called me, informed me that they could not even access the property that week so the first viewing(same week) booked also could not be carried out.
A great team of people, very professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process of buying my first home. Great communication throughout the whole process. Went above and beyond for customer service.
Abrupt and very rude perhaps some customer service training and a knowledge of basic good manners wouldn't go amiss
