I've always found the rentals staff extremely helpful & follow through with what needs to be done & Chelsea (Manager) has given me some very helpful advice over the years I have been with Browns.
Turned up for a 3:30pm viewing on Saturday, the agent never turned up. We waited for 20 mins either side of the appointment outside the property so of course gave up byt his point. Tried to call several times with no answer. Another couple were waiting outside who said they also had their appointment at 3:30pm...double booked, nice. Called today to get an answer to what happened, they essentially called me a liar saying the agent was in fact there (bear in mind TWO couples waited and both have said they weren't there). They then denied we were double booked, then slipped up by mentioning THREE couples were looking at the flat. When I asked for an answer, she said "I will be taking my colleague's word for it, is there anything else I can help with?". Erm NO. Never, EVER again, thanks!
House was in great condition. Service was fantastic, willingly helped us through the entire process. Would highly recommend.
They were really helpful when we were moving in, but when we got the keys, we realised that the flat is dirty (even though it was a newly built property) and someone even forget to wipe off his urine from the toilet seat, so the first couple of days we spent cleaning and never received a compensation for that. Now we have moved out, we did clean, left in a better state compared to the beginning of the tenancy and yet they are trying to take our deposit for cleaning and "damage on the wall" which was there already when we moved in. And just to make things better, they not even telling us our DPS number, so we can not start the dispute. If you do not mind losing your deposit for made up reasons, they are the number one!
A big thank you to Suki from Kings Real Estate, she is super helpful and kept up up to date with the progress during the whole process. Thank you for making the purchase of our first home as easy as possible.
Iv been with KRE for about 18 months, initially it was very well organised up until the last 6 months where several members of staff have been very unprofessional. The communication side of things are really bad and now I can't get my final rent payment. Suki, Jaz and Narinder are those that I have been dealing with and my emails are just being ignored. Please avoid and use somebody more reputable.
Knightsbridge are the most professional and helpful estate agents I have worked with. In the early stages we provided a depiction of the exact type of house / location we wanted. Knightsbridge stuck to this (unlike many estate agents who tend to send you random houses that didn't meet your criteria) and within 2 weeks had located our dream house.
The next stage of the process was selling our own house / getting into a chain. Again, a very fast service, fast and fair valuation of our property and on the market quickly...we sold our house at a great price on the first day.
The next stage was completing on the next house. Again very fast and responsive service. Communication was outstanding throughout... regular phone calls to keep us updated of the progress. Typically, a chain could be considered quite stressful - but the great service (as discussed above) relieved a lot of this stress and made the process easy...we were never left wondering what was happening.
Special thanks to Jake who contacted us immediately about the house and helped us all the way through! Couldn't recommend Knightsbridge more.
even though they made commission from my sale and from a solicitor that I used the service was disgusting!!
Bad attitude were hell bent on reducing the price of my house after only 6 weeks!!u
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Please use Harrison Murray or nest estate agents which are much friendly and customer based!
I'd like to thank Jonathan and all of the team at James Sellicks for their excellent service, in dealing with the recent sale of my house in Clarendon Park. My house went on the market late on the Friday and was sold after the first viewing on the Monday for my asking price! I was continually contacted with updates throughout the process which reassured me along the way. I would highly recommend their services to anyone that wants as stress free move, as possible!
We bought a house through James Sellicks last year. I must be very honest in my review as i am reviewing a business that has many members of staff, supports many individuals as well as families and no doubt has a long established base within Leicester and surrounding areas. Therefore, be assured that this review is not from a competitor or someone out to try and harm James' business in any away.
Due to the purchase price being so high, i had the misfortune of having to deal with James Sellicks himself. I found James to be murky in his dealings and very rude and abrupt at times. The property in question was sought after and i wanted it so i had no choice but to put up or shut up basically.
I advise anyone reading this to be very cautious about dealing with James Sellicks. They know how to lure you in and make sure you pay top dollar by talking the talk to their client's advantage.
I found James to be impersonable, pushy and rude.
All in all i am grateful for the opportunity to be able to review JS honestly, fairly and openly and of course in the public domain. This review reprents my opinion of having transacted in a deal with James Sellicks
