20th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I am so impressed by this letting agent. Kirsty has been wonderful, anticipated accommodations, Polite, professional, and competent. The house was clean and ready to view. Finding a house to rent; doing a viewing, and starting the process of getting everything signed has taken only one week. It’s been so easy and thorough. And so much communication. We are currently saving up to buy a house and are several years away still but this experience has been so positive that we would use Knightsbridge again to find a house.

This branch clearly requires a change in management based on our experience with the purchase of the property.<br><br>Quite literally poor communication from the branch. Extremely poor interactions with the branch manager. From a buyers perspective. I would never sell through them if given the chance.<br><br>I would also add, 1 star is still generous on my opinion.

Everyone was genuinely friendly, supportive and went above and beyond to help make it happen.<br><br>A special thank you to Amy and Denise, who were fantastic throughout the whole process. They were always approachable, kept me updated, and made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re buying your first home, you’re in safe hands.

My partner and I were forced to delete our initial reviews and our deposit was withheld until we complied.<br><br>Spend a few minutes here and read the horror stories of people being physically attacked and mentally abused. Turn away. I know it's hard to find a house, but this corrupt organisation is the embodiment of late-stage capitalist hell.<br><br>We were forced to live in an old, leaky, mouldy house. It got so bad that my only form of consolation were these reviews that made me realise that I'm not the only one dealing with this.<br><br>Your life's worst mistake. STAY AWAY. READ ALL THE REVIEWS HERE. The 5 star ones are fake.<br><br>P.s. I guess pronouncing your name in an anglicised way makes you think and act like a colonizer too, B'a'vna.

From the initial valuation visit through to completion they were very professional, always easy to get in touch with via phone or email . Special mention must go to Niomi who kept me updated throughout the sales process. A highly recommended company if you're looking to sell your property.

Everyone at Sellicks was extremely helpful, especially Anne and Sam who did everything needed and more to get the sale over the line. Can't praise highly enough. Very thorough, very professional. This is a great Agent that I would definitely recommend.

On top quartet house in Hamilton does not meet fire regulations fire escape. Sometimes can get in Sometimes you can't. Leaks. Causing damage. Blamed tenant for cob webs in a cupboard. TRYING to take out deposit. She should of taken photos when moved in. Theives

Charlie suggested a realistic price and we sold our property in a short space of time. We asked for recommendations for a solicitor and Harpreet was experienced and competent. Both times they were excellent.<br><br>Megi and Glen were my main points of contact, but honestly, everyone I dealt with in the team was the same: knowledgeable, straight with me, and genuinely invested in getting the right outcome rather than just the quick one. They know the local market properly and they're well connected across the industry.<br><br>That mattered, because my sale had its fair share of challenges. There were points where things got complicated and progress stalled, and at every one of them Focus kept me informed, chased what needed chasing, and never left me guessing where things stood. Communication was consistent throughout.<br><br>Buying, selling or renting is a big deal, financially and emotionally, and a lot of it comes down to whether you trust the people acting for you. Communication was excellent throughout, we never waited more than a few hours for an email response. We were also kept well updated on anything that was happening along the chain which was always reassuring. Most of our communication was with Philippa who was amazing, and a real credit to company, but all the other staff members were equally brilliant if Philippa wasn’t around. Thank you so much for a smooth purchase process in what is often such a challenging period. Jowett & Stone would be the first estate agents i’d recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Whetstone area!

18th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Had a bad experience with this esate agents. They send us marketing posts saying they have sold this house etc in our area so this made us think we should consider them. Thank God we did not consider them as when we try to reach out regarding their marketing posts asking if they are true on their words, will they sell our property like other properties they dont give us a response back. Then why bother sending us any marketing posts if you dont want to respond back. I understand that esate agents prefer to call to discuss However, not everyone can call so they may drop a message through an enquiry form as it best fits their schedule. This is a form of communication so they could've atleast responded back to the enquiry.
