19th Oct 2024 (8 weeks ago)I had a vacant property in in oadby which I didn’t know what to do, I spoke to the lettings team , Umaar , Daniel and Jordon , were very helpful . They put my property on the market and conducted viewings and my property was let within 2 days which was amazing . They kept me updated throughout the way and made it very smooth for me. I would definitely recommend!

Our move out was smooth and Yvonne advised us on very step of the way and helped us get our full deposit back. We are very happy with Yvonne and Knightsbridge.- 14th Oct 2024 (9 weeks ago)Upon vacating the property, they kept me waiting for two months before advising they intended on keeping my security deposit. They were dishonest about the source of a leak in order to achieve this. Avoid at all costs!

She didn’t pressure me to make a decision, but left us with lots of supporting evidence that showed me they were the most appropriate estate agent for the area. Knowing the housing market and the area allowed her to pitch the house to prospective buyers. Very keen to update me on progression throughout the journey, and when she was not available, the team were on hand to advice me of any developments or queries.

18th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Also they sent me a remainder about rent by email i replied on that email same day that rent is clear they have no time to see that. Also I am complaining about water leaking it's been more then two years still no response. All they wants money no care about customers.

She explained everything throughout the process, was super helpful and would always respond to our questions.
