I had the misfortune of having a house fire 15 months ago but the fortune that a neighbour recommended Martin&Co who had the perfect house for myself & & family to move into, I had never rented before but dealing with Martin & Co was an absolute pleasure very relaxed, professional & you couldn’t deal with a nicer couple so I would highly recommend this company

Rak is absolutely fantastic and will attend to any queries/concerns you have. There is a personal touch that is very difficult to replicate. I can definitely vouch for Martin & Co Romford and are certainly the best estate agents I’ve come across.

i have dealt with Martin & Co for a number of years now. at all times they have been friendly and courteous and pairing my requirements to the tenants with great professionalism. as well as doing the "job" in the right way. They have always been great at communicating in a friendly manner. when it came to selling my property. they were excellent once more in pairing my wants to the current market conditions and finding the right buyer. top notch client service. i would highly recommend this team

I feel so excited writing this review. I rented a flat with Martin & Co Romford for more than 4years.
The staffs are so friendly and always ready to listen to you and deal with your queries.
Rak his such an amazing person and so professional and have dealt with every issue with the property I rented promptly during my tenancy.
I will highly recommend Martin & Co anytime to anyone.

I cannot recommend Rak and his team highly enough. We have been tenants at our flat for just over four years and we have never had an issue with getting in contact with the office or getting quick replies/actions. We have always been dealt with professionally and warmly, including during COVID lockdown when times were tough for everyone. When we have had small issues with our lovely flat (only wear and tear), the team have always been very quick to get it resolved, deal with plumber/electrician directly and accommodate any work around our busy schedules.
Would recommend tenants and landlords alike to deal with Romford Martin & co - thank you for all your effort over the last four years!

My flatmate and I have had an absolutely fantastic experience using Martin & Co. Rak has consistently kept us in the loop with everything since day one. Unfortunately, our landlord decided he was going to sell our property after the first year - however, Rak gave us plenty of warning for this as soon as he was made aware. He also put in a lot of effort to find us a new property of similar or better standard than the one we'd spent the last year in. I can't recommend using Martin & Co enough - I guarantee you'll have just as pleasant experience as we've had and will have absolutely no issues along the way.

Do not trust regarding property management. At first, this team said and did all the right things. We rented our property for 2years, newly refurbished with proven receipts and photos. We worked together to ensure that everything was water tight and agreed the importance of reputable tenants. So what went wrong?
1. Property management never checked the property
2. Fraudulently stated that the property remained in excellent condition. We had over £4000 in damages to most walls and floors across the house
3. Allowed troublesome clients. The first couple had the police asking about them. Neighbours even complained of domestic violance and excessive noise. The second, were young professionals. They had a pet that destroyed cables and furniture.
Please message me if you'd like any proof of the above. Suggest you at least consider it before make the same mistake.
Great initial rates and promises will cost you dearly

The flat we were renting developed a few issues during tenancy (mostly water leaks), every time my email was answered within hours and usually the issue was sorted the next day.

We used Martin and Co for 4 years as our letting agent, and later to sell our property. Throughout our relationship with them they were responsive, professional and efficient. They always gave good advice and were available whenever needed. I know our tenants also thought well of them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
