19th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I think Ashton are more aimed at selling houses than flats/apartments. They contacted me once, right near the end of the contract. I had to call them to find out feedback and if viewings took place. This was a little disappointing.

His knowledge of both the local area and the property market was invaluable, helping to position my property competitively from the outset. He kept me informed at every stage, provided clear advice throughout the process, and was always on hand to answer any questions.<br><br>Duncan and the wider team were proactive in driving the sale forward, regularly following up with both me and my solicitor to keep everything moving as quickly as possible. Their communication, professionalism, and dedication were outstanding from start to finish.<br><br>I honestly can't fault the team and would not hesitate to recommend Keys & Lee to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. 14th Sep 2018 (8 years ago)Very poor experience with this office. Terrible service stemming from terribly poor management. I have had my offer accepted by the vendor nine (9) months ago and contract exchange has not yet taken place! Still ongoing. Branch manager Andrew Wallington who should be dealing with the project, continuously on leave and taking days off. Just a general lack of involvement. Even incompetence has its limits. I have had to personally chase for updates for the majority of the 9 months with Mr Wallington's colleagues, who of-course scarcely know what is going on. Finally, I have come to a position where I am forced to bow out. Having already raised this issue with the Regional Manager- Jacqui White. Her response was essentially it is a "busy office", there are no "notes on the system" to confirm [my] complaints and if you remain dissatisfied, refer your complaint to the customer relations manager. I will now be taking this up with the The Property Ombudsman. I certainly will not be contacting Haart for any further dealings and would recommend this office only as one to avoid.

They have been reliable, attentive and always go above and beyond. Having the piece of mind that your property is in good hands means alot, don’t hesitate to use Accord if you are looking for a great management team. They are professional but warm, friendly and happy. Over the years they have given us advice on all areas and have never pushed us into decisions. Thank you Accord, your a fabulous team we appreciate all your hard work.

She managed to secure a property for me and my wife and finalise the entire process in less than a week! Jessica made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. No matter what, she was always there to help with a huge smile and a wonderful, positive attitude. From the listing to the exchange and completion, everything was seamless. Excellent communication throughout from Ben, Roy and Kym. Thanks very much for making a stressful time so easy.
12th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Service was amazing, highly recommend these estate agents. Mike Driver, the branch manager, was great from start to finish. We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well. I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again. P.s. this was a review I gave in July 2021, but didnt get published!!

She was always available to help, answer my questions and keep me updated throughout the whole process. I really appreciate all the time and effort she put in.<br><br>Thank you again to Helen and the whole Keystones team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and reliable estate agent!

What stood out most was his calm, steady communication especially when things got messy from the seller’s end. Geoff never over?promised; he just consistently delivered the updates we needed at the right time.<br><br>He made sure all the final steps, access arrangements and handover were organised properly, without any last?minute chaos.<br>A genuinely dependable agent who does his job quietly but effectively.<br><br>Highly recommended.
8th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)The staff are extremely helpful and polite once in your home they treat it with respect and keep you informed every step of the way, The leader of the branch is Charlie King who leads by example and expects his team to match his enthusiasm,. After having my house listed with another agent for six weeks with very little action or communication. Charlie was sure he could sell my house in two weeks, but in all honesty it took them four days and that was because there was a bank holiday! The error I made was not using them as my first choice DO NOT make my error . use Balgores first.

Even though we did not end up selling with Beresford due to an offer from our previous agent, we are grateful for your professionalism and friendly advice.<br>Kimberley especially was a great help offering advice and patience when we needed it. We also viewed properties with them and never felt pressured. They always had answers to questions about the properties which was great.
