Getting viewings booked was simple. It's handled online with email reminders.
The application process was done in a few hours over email and through a referencing service. As self-employed director I had to connect my bank account, upload payslips and get my accountant to fill out a form which was easy enough.
The handover process has been painless. I got my keys and a goodie bag! I've been emailed my tenancy agreement, all the certificates for the property and a detailed inventory which I've needed to check.
Jade has been particularly helpful with quick responses to any queries I've had and I'd recommend working with Northwood in futue.

The service they offer is 5 star and worth every penny they charge, from the open house right the way through to completion. Especially Karen who has looked after me after i accepted an offer.
