The Agency were the only, who have letting properties straight ahead (without having letting dept by the corner or similar).
I need to move in ASAP. They were the only one who had a flat to rent (at the moment), and I was able to see the property 40 minutes after!!! I entered into their door. Booked the property after the viewing and now I moved into.
The procedure from entrance into their door till moving into the property took just a week. Very happy I’ve chosen them.

We are still in the process of looking for a house having now secured a buyer through Thomas Morris with the help of Ben and the rest of the team. Ben in particular is very personable and is just ways a pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service. We sold our house super fast, at a good price. Liam and Simon at the Huntingdon branch are very friendly and helpful, even after completion of our sale. We just sold house by help of this agency. We didn’t get any progress with previous one. We were waiting 4 month and than decide to move here. And quess what? 3,5 months later hause is sold. All people are really helpfull. They concat with us by email and phone very regular. We knew about every single step of selling. We recently listed our house for sale with Thomas Morris after obtaining valuations from several local estate agents. We dealt with Anna Death, initially meeting her at a viewing on another property before she came to value ours. We were impressed not only with the package offered by Thomas Morris to sell ours, but also with Anna's knowledge, care and attentiveness when showing us round the other property. This made our decision to sell with Thomas Morris easier as we knew what we could expect when potential buyers were shown round ours. Although the package offered was slightly more expensive than those of their competitors, we felt that the cost was justified by virtue of the professional service offered. We felt that the other agents spent more time trying to explain why they were better than the competition, whereas Anna talked us through their product in great depth and the lengths they would go to to attract interest and hopefully a sale. Our house is on the market now, so here's hoping!
