21st Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Just wanted to leave a review for Kai, I first had contact with Kai when viewing a new home for me and my family. Kai was great with showing us around and we put an offer in on the back of his viewing. Although the offer fell through Kai has kept in contact with me since and joined me on my journey with finding a new home. I managed to find a new home through a different agency but Kai kept in contact and was rooting for me as the process took over 9 months to complete. He was there for any advice needed and was actually really nice to get his calls each month hoping for the news that we had completed. So even tho my experience with buying through Kai didn’t work out, I would definitely be back in contact with him for further advice! Many thanks to you Kai!

16th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with Thomas Morris and wouldn't use them again. ? I ended up conducting one and a half viewings myself. On one occasion, our first viewing I had to do myself entirely, at which it was claimed the viewer came at the wrong time, but the viewer claimed otherwise; on another, the agent was stuck in traffic, and I had to conduct the first half of the tour myself. ? Next, their follow-up with potential buyers was incredibly poor. It appeared they would give up after just two missed calls. I know this because I also experienced their service as a buyer in the same area. It is telling that after months of stagnation, a buyer was only secured the day before my notice period with them expired. This I think is my fault for not thinking about that before choosing them. ? The most frustrating part was the lack of transparency regarding their commission. During initial negotiations, I explicitly stated they needed to match a competitor’s offer, which was a percentage based on the final sale price. Instead, Thomas Morris buried a fixed fee in the contract based on the original marketing price. ?This was never explicitly explained to me verbally or in writing, and it resulted in a higher charge despite the house selling for less than the guide price. I feel this was a deliberate lack of transparency, but I guess it was my fault for both not reading the fine print, and for assuming the figure in my contract was just an illustration and that they were negotiating in good faith. The only good point was the in house sales progresser, and the staff overall being friendly and pleasant to deal with for the most part. But all the rest means I can't recommend them. They did sell the house which nets them a star.

From the beginning, the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions I had. Buying a first home can be quite stressful, but they made the whole process feel much more manageable by keeping me updated and explaining each step clearly. A special thank you to Ellie, who was particularly helpful throughout. She was always responsive, supportive, and happy to chase things up when needed, which made a big difference in keeping everything moving smoothly. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend the Werrington branch to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you again to Ellie and the whole team for all your help!

From the start, their communication was excellent, we received regular, honest updates and useful feedback throughout the entire process. They did a fantastic job presenting our home. The photos were high quality and really highlighted the best features of the property, and it was clear they took the time to properly understand the house ahead of viewings. What really stood out is that, unlike many estate agents who tend to go quiet unless there’s a viewing, Villager Homes genuinely delivered on their promise to be proactive. We always felt informed and supported, not left wondering what was happening. After the sale was agreed, Ana in particular went above and beyond. She worked incredibly hard to keep us updated on everything happening across the chain, especially during times when communication from other parties was slow or unclear. That made a huge difference and really helped reduce the stress. Overall, we were really pleased with the experience. The whole team were friendly, professional, and consistently went the extra mile to help wherever they could. We’d highly recommend them.

They completed the valuation, and great photos of our home for right move quickly. They also advised how best to generate interest, advising on the right price point. The team completed all our viewings, which we found easy to arrange with them. Once we sold our house the service Tracey provided was 5*, she communicated regularly with us and our buyers. We would recommend selling through Frank Modern.

I knew she was working to sell my flat for me, it wasn't listed and left! All the staff were helpful and performed their role impeccably. Communication was easy, through Whatsapp and the street portal. I can highly recommend their services.

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
