6th Dec 2024 (4 days ago)Firstly I met with Victoria which established the most enjoyable experience I have ever had with your line of business. She was smart, experienced and knew the market and challenges. It was very comforting and then to be followed up by Sue, James and the selling Ladies , one of whom out of the three I thought a little dippy, but having said that she was probably the one who showed the new buyers around! Very quickly there were people through the door and many of them! Yes, my house is in a great location and reasonably laid out but “Rightmove” is not the only vehicle that sells houses! It’s a true credit to Savills and Victoria who lead the charge, and made this trip enjoyable. Thank you, Lesley FORROW??

5th Jul 2024 (23 weeks ago)We have bought our first house via Ellis Winters and had a very nice experience with their service even though the rest of the process was quite painful and took much longer than expected. From the initial viewing to the deliverance of keys, all the team was very kind, helpful, supportive, and friendly. Whenever the conveyancing process was stuck Natalie McDermott from St Ives branch chased the conveyancers, kept us updated and when I was quite flustered with the process she reassured me. We wanted to have an impromptu viewing of the house before the exchange and they arranged it very quickly on the same day. I cannot remember the name of the lady we talked that day but she did her best to fulfil our last minute request. Everyone we got in touch was very good at their job and went above and beyond to complete the process and make things easier for us (and probably for the vendors too!). Thanks for everything!
28th Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)We have just exchanged contracts on a bungalow sold by Thomas Morris and they were always really helpful. They actually got back to us when they said they would. Alison has been amazing chasing things up and getting all the answers we needed. The other staff we dealt with were also helpful. There were a couple of hiccups which they sorted. The only thing I would say is that maybe extend the evening viewings hours. With my husband working we found it difficult to view during the week.

Particularly Beth who has dealt with the sale of my property and the purchase of my new one, she has been open and honest throughout and always keeping me updated. She really is a credit to the company. The transaction has not been straightforward which was no fault of HR but Beth has been really personable and empathetic throughout. Thank you!

Communication skills are exemplary at this Agent as is speed of response to asked for changes or just the excellent regular updates. They work with excellent Conveyancers DezRez. A complete package which I heartily recommend to both Sellers and Buyers. 5 *
