There is so much choice when it comes to choosing an estate agent. We decided to go with Thomas Morris as they were competitively priced, had the best google reviews and were the only estate agent that offered us a 360 tour. Due to the current market we were skeptical about being able to sell our house, but after only 2 weeks on the market we’ve accepted an offer and couldn’t be happier. From our first appointment with Simon, to Robert taking all of our marketing photos. To Anna arranging the sale and negotiating with the property that we are buying to get us a great deal. We are currently moving through the process of selling our property with Liam and the Thomas Morris Huntingdon team. We are long term landlords who have been with Belvoir (Peterborough) for 11 years. In the last couple of years our properties have been managed by Grace Fox.
