Have asked multiple times to remove listing from their website due to their poor service.
A number of viewings have been arranged without my consent but I've had emails with 'confirmation of viewing'
Even when responding to every email telling them I don't wish to sell and haven't agreed to the viewing, they still don't cancel.
The worst service I've had from an estate agent. Don't want to buy or sell through them
Previously had property up with another estate agent but had a couple of no shows so changed over to Jones & Chapman within the cooling off period. Hardly any viewings and one of the buyers who had views through he Previous agent said it took 7 calls to Jones & Chapman to arrange a viewing

Great service from our mortgage advisor Nick, in contact every step of the way with all the answers and support we needed to advise us on the mortgage product best suited for us, all done in a very friendly and professional way with any colleagues in store helpful and available for queries and support also when required.

Not impressed by the service. There was a total lack of communication from start to finish . House was sold at a very low price. Disappointed to say the least.

I have never dealt with a more lovely and efficient team of people than at this branch. You can’t fault their amazing customer service and the fact that they are lovely people to communicate with helps enormously while buying a house (which can be very stressful)! You can tell this Team are truly that, working together to make Customers lives easier. I haven’t found the right house yet, but I know I’m in good hands. Thank you Alice, Ben, Simon and Ellie for being brilliant, you really are a credit to your Company!

Nick Cabo was our mortgage advisor. We weren’t totally sure what to expect as we’d been with Hugo Kelly since the very start but Nick was absolutely spot on. When it came time for our mortgage renewal Nick went over absolutely every detail with us. It was clear to see he wanted us to get the best deal possible that suited our circumstances. Something we were very grateful considering the cost of living crisis.
He held off putting our application through with Santander to ensure we got the best interest rate. He is a credit to Jones and Chapman!

I think I have never seen such terrible customer service in my life. Rude and useless. Wasted money and 4 months still looking for a house but I am skipping all properties in their portfolio .
