15th Dec 2023 (22 weeks ago)WW sold our house and I can honestly say that the service received from Louise, Claire and Pam was exceptional.....not to mention James and Ian from the start made everything smooth for us....nothing was too much to ask and we were kept updated throughout the transaction.......I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of selling their home in the near future :)

2nd May 2024 (18 days ago)Recently bought in north Leeds, the agents James and David were brilliant. Very responsive, sorted out a number of issues to move the purchase along beyond what they needed to do. Would highly recommend cornerstone and will be using again when I come to sell.
29th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Rang branch today at 09.40 to ask for your head office contact number. Lady that answered was extremely rude and hung up. Not what you would expect from a Professional company. Could you play back the call and provide your staff with adequate training.

We requested the house to be ready earlier than planned and she ensured that was done. She was easy to reach and listens well to our requests. I would highly recommend her and the agency for any tenants and landlords.

14th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.

First choice for tenant find; used several times over past seven years or so for our buy to lets. Dan has the nous for seeking out good tenants and the peace of mind this brings. Strong recommendation

Chris always get back to you when he says he will and payments are always made on time. All office staff are very friendly. Great company to work along side.
