29th May 2024 (3 days ago)I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Bairstow Eves Chafford Hundred, especially with Heather Wood. For over a month and a half, I have been trying to get my deposit back without any success. Heather Wood has been particularly ignorant and unresponsive, and the agency as a whole has not been communicating or responding to my emails. I have had to constantly chase them for updates. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for their clients is unacceptable. I had no choice but to raise a dispute via the My Deposits scheme to try and retrieve my money. This whole experience has been incredibly stressful and frustrating. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and responsive service. Their poor communication and failure to return my deposit in a timely manner have caused significant financial strain.

She recruited the relevant workman and got a quote most efficiently. She advised me with regard to how to seek an insurance claim. As ever, Nock Deighton are just great to manage property. I successfully won a property with no reserve and although the auction has ended. The auction was reopened as presumably they did not make enough money. This is not the first time.
