I started looking for a apartment in May, and I saw this agency from zoopla. The photos are good, but their service is 100 times worse than the photos. The person only stood there when view the property, and can't answer any information about the property. They will never reply to your email. Even you walk in their store and tell them which properties you are interested in, they would say they are too busy and just WAIT! I went to Europe at the end of July, so I hope I can view the property by video. I made five phone calls before they answered, no confirmed my information or the viewing time. The next day, I called again to confirm the viewing, and the man just perfunctory said that they would send me a video next Wednesday without check what's my email address. I have found my apartment for 22/23 years, and I haven't received my video yet.... Read more

I used Sofia for my mortgage, and she was absolutely incredible throughout. Due to my self employment there is only certain lenders I can choose, and Sofia had done so much research even before I saw her for a consultation. I had spoken to a few people before her who were not sure on mortgages in my position, so if you are self employed or in dental/medical professions she is very knowledgeable and does so much work to help you through the process. From beginning to end she has been so helpful and I really felt she had my back during a very lengthy and complicated (due to unforeseen circumstances) purchase, especially since I was a first time buyer. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage, especially anyone who is a first time buyer as she makes everything so clear and if I am honest my involvement was very limited during the process so made it as simple as possible ....
