Amazing experience with them. Alanis was so helpful in getting my flat sorted in record time. All the paperwork was put through so quickly and I was in there in less than two weeks from when I first applied.

Failed to inform me and my partner that the place we looking at, and subsequently ended up, renting was also up for sale. We only found out just under two weeks after moving in when the sales department called us up to arrange a viewing.
Dishonest and disingenuous. Clearly an agent who works on commission as we obviously would not have taken the property if we had known there was a chance it could be sold so soon after moving in.

I requested a visit for a valuation at Allen & Harris estate agents and had a date booked. I was allocated an estate agent from the start and he made contact with me by email to introduce himself. This gave me reassurance and comfort that I had a direct contact with an estate agent from the beginning and I didn't have to call a shop and wait to be put through to speak to an estate agent. Due to a change of circumstances I had to change date of valuation and contacted Tony my estate agent to see if he could attend my home that same day. To my surprise Tony fitted me in for a valuation the same day! I was delighted with the service. It was unhurried, straight to the point and most importantly I didn't feel under pressure to choose them. The whole visit was finished within 45 mins which suited me as I had other things to do that day. More importantly Allen & Harris had the best rates compared to other estate agents. Since choosing Allen & Harris I have been in contact with my estate agent Tony nearly everyday asking questions and finalising my plans. Tony always returns my emails promptly and nothing is ever a hassle! I wasn't looking forward to having estate agents visit my house and listen to their marketing spiel but Tony was different and made choosing an estate agents easier than expected. I would highly recommend Tony at Allen & Harris, Stirling.

David & the team at Allen and Harris were fantastic, we spoke to a number of estate agents when considering selling our house and I’m so glad we picked them.
We couldn’t fault the service throughout the whole process, so helpful and friendly while being professional and always contactable.
David sold our house in a matter of days and made the process as “stress-free” as these things can be … highly recommend!

Disappointing Experience of simply trying to get a home report (and possibly set up a viewing for a property if home report was to my liking) via both Rightmove/their own website/calling them about a place I was interested in for a fortnight and no reply
Only time I got any expedited reply was when on one of the several requests i ticked the "yes I have a property to be valued option" and got prompt enough reply in regards to that, but as soon as I requested the home report again from that person as i would need somewhere to move to first, back to radio silence, finally get to speak to someone else today and no luck due to the property has an offer pretty much accepted, would have been nice to have that option myself
