All of the staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and professional. The telephone was answered immediately and calls were promptly returned. Our Conveyancing process was difficult, but Ollie in particular, helped and reassured us throughout the whole procedure. We really feel that without his help , we would not have moved and be enjoying living in Wells. The whole team excelled in our expectations of an Estate Agent. Can I give 6 or 7 stars? Ollie, Beth and Maisy redefine what excellence is. The very tough task of a probate sale was made easy and uncomplicated by the team at the Wells Branch of Allen & Harris. Always willing to go above and beyond, professional, prompt with updates, proactive, welcoming and friendly. I could list hundreds of superlatives and they still wouldn't adequately express my gratitude for the exceptional service and the relief that I was in such competent hands.
