Then they let themselves down and me, if anyone wanted to view they told them drive past and if you like it make an appointment, since when do people buy house by driving by. No feed back at all I think good opertunities were squandered a lazy team.
27th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Cannot recommend Joel and his team in Wells high enough. First class service and customer care. Regular updates on viewings with sound feedback. Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)We used Tor Estates to sell our house and Tor Finance to secure a new mortgage recently. Both these businesses are absolutely faultless, Neil sold our house not once but twice after losing our first buyer, quickly and efficiently. Holly in the office is the easiest person to talk to, and she goes above and beyond to make you feel constantly reassured, we had a lot of stress with our onwards purchase and she always had time to listen to me when I was stressing, offering a friendly ear and mountains of support. Last but by no means least Gavin is the best Financial Advisor out there in my opinion, he sorted out a complicated mortgage for us, explained everything fully (more than once to me), probably the most patient man alive! The whole team are professional but also fun, they will make you laugh, and when you are going through one of the most stressful processes in life, that is what’s needed, trust me! Thanks again guys, you are the best!

29th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The branch Manager Samuel Masters and his team were extremely efficient and have ensured a quick sale offer on our property .The marketing on On the Market and right move was excellent and quick and the photographs and the details written up on the brochure resulted in quite a few viewings and several people expressed interest but had to sell their own property.

19th Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)We just recently moved from Bristol to Cheddar. Laurel & Wylde weren't our estate agents but they were for our purchase. Jane May was excellent from start to finish she kept us updated (not only us the whole chain). I do believe if it wasn't for Jayne the move might not of happened. A massive thank you Jayne. If anyone is looking for help in selling & moving Laurel & Wylde are an absolute must 10 out of 10.

Advice given was rude and unlawful, these guys have a dangerous perspective where they make every effort to ensure that the advice given serves their interests only, even if that advice is unlawful and totally fabricated. Please be warned, they are convicing and pushy.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

18th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)Sarah Cull and here team were amazing and we were so pleased with the service we received. Nothing was too much trouble and after hours calls were never a problem. A special mention for Carola who carried out the viewings and was so respectful of our property. We had multiple offers in a difficult market and it took under 6 weeks from offer accepted to exchange - the buyers were a perfect match for our much-loved home. An excellent experience all round.

We found the whole team to be very friendly and professional and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.
