27th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)Cannot recommend Joel and his team in Wells high enough. First class service and customer care. Regular updates on viewings with sound feedback. Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????

5th Jul 2024 (22 weeks ago)I'd give 0 stars if possible. I've never dealt with a more dishonest company. They valued my home years ago, at a low value which was fine. A lot of work had been done since then. When I actually went to them to list it, Ash came out to give an estimate. We agreed 375k with a view to get 350k. I went back and forth with Ian about getting pictures done. We arranged a time and they were a no show. With the level of work getting it prepared, what a disaster. I said you never showed up, and Ian was very apologetic and wanted to reschedule. He said we didn't have an appointment which I had confirmation in an email. I ignored that, we were done with them, and we went on with the company we were with. Fast forward 2 months, we're trying to get a deal done, and someone called them saying they were an investor looking at our property, and Stonebridge said they'd value it at 260k! Less then they had done years ago, and certainly less than the value Ash gave me when he visited our house recently. I can't even understand why they would give that information to a 3rd party, and certainly done out of spite as we did not give them the listing. They ruined the deal we had based on lies. Avoid at all cost!
29th Nov 2023 (1 year ago)The branch Manager Samuel Masters and his team were extremely efficient and have ensured a quick sale offer on our property .The marketing on On the Market and right move was excellent and quick and the photographs and the details written up on the brochure resulted in quite a few viewings and several people expressed interest but had to sell their own property.

(25 reviews)29th Jun 2024 (23 weeks ago)Our experience is from the Rental Agency part of this business. From our perspective I really hope they train their staff better. Our experience was not good. Most/all of the problems were avoidable and reflected either a lack for training or a careless approach to the legitimate needs of their tenant. At this time the Landlord, no matter how bad they behave, is king. We won't be coming back as a customer (either in a rental or purchasing form). It would be nice if they would learn from this experience. We did!!!! In our case the training cost us hard cash!!!

Thoroughly recommend- 3rd Oct 2024 (9 weeks ago)exceptional so far ! a one stop shop - from house clearance to gardening to cleaning . All their recommendations for those services facilitating the sale so far have been great.

17th Oct 2021 (3 years ago)Very clever, come across all nicey nicey but two face springs to mind. We spent 2.5 years in one of there properties, we paid on dot every month and the house was kept in top condition by us. After 2 lots of cancer I suffer with anxiety and depression, well what we where put through only to find out was lies. We were told that the owner was moving back and the stress of finding somewhere was a nightmare, more added pressure. I've now gone part time due to the stress and my immune system has taken a hammering... Lies lies and yep more lies.back to Italy very soon.. Plenty other agents out there I've just seen this so adding it, we wee paying £725 in September it's now £895 shocking....
