27th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)Cannot recommend Joel and his team in Wells high enough. First class service and customer care. Regular updates on viewings with sound feedback. Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????
1st Apr 2025 (7 weeks ago)Natasha impressed me by asking whether I wished to be on site during viewings and, most importantly, how access would work taking into account our house cat. No other agent mentioned this at all despite knowing not letting the cat escape was a priority. Tor also impressed in the way they engaged with me as the customer, discussing the asking price rather than telling me "this is the best you can hope for!!".

Couldn't recommend enough.- 29th Nov 2023 (1 year ago)The branch Manager Samuel Masters and his team were extremely efficient and have ensured a quick sale offer on our property .The marketing on On the Market and right move was excellent and quick and the photographs and the details written up on the brochure resulted in quite a few viewings and several people expressed interest but had to sell their own property.

7th Apr 2025 (6 weeks ago)I have had Cooper and tanner manage my rental property over the last couple of years, Most of the staff are lovely, apart from the lettings Manager Caroline Peebles Brown who is very rude. I asked for a valuation of my property while it’s being let , I was just curious to know its value , to which Caroline impertinently answered rudely you can’t sell your property yet! I have decided to terminate my tenancy contract as they fail to communicate and Caroline’s poor customer service skills. Please be careful before using this estate agent!

He helped us every step of the way from sorting handymen to deal w minor issues, to securing our necessary paperwork, to finding the ideal buyer. We were dreading a months long process but have solid offer in <1 month! I can’t praise him enough!
28th Mar 2025 (8 weeks ago)We had had our house on the market for nearly two years before instructing Salisbury Strutt & Parker who were our third agent over that time period. From the start, the Strutt and Parker team showed a palpable energy and enthusiasm for the property, which most agents do at the start, but unusually this was carried unfaltering all the way through to the completion of the sale. Strutt and Parker's terms were the same as other agents, yet they were on the phone to us communicating every detail and updating us of every thing we needed to know. They were responsive, always contactable and staff made extensive efforts to really understand the property and it's value and features. Best of all was the personal approach, Nick Ingle was happy to chat, give advice and reassure at any time of day and especially through the sale process (where most agents have moved their attention onto their next sale). I can't fault how much chasing, communicating with other parties, updating and creating solutions to issues along the way that the Strutt and Parker team did. I have bought and sold many properties in my lifetime, but their service was an example to other estate agents who shelved efforts after 6 weeks (realising it wasn't an easy sell) and stopped communicating or marketing the property. When you're paying a five-figure sum to an agent, service like we received from George, Nick and the team seems like very good value. The team were instrumental in facilitating offer to completion in just over 7 weeks saving us from the additional stamp duty rise. It went on the market on the Monday, by Thursday we had 3 offers on the table and by Friday it was sold. They made every effort to keep me in the loop every step of the way and took all the stress out of selling by being the most exceptional agent and dealing with everything. Thanks to Peter and his team the process couldn't have been any easier and I can not recommend them enough.

Communication before, during and after was excellent, and the team were lovely, which is what you need when dealing with the stress of moving house! They turned up at the time that was agreed and were fully equipped for the job. They treated all my belongings with respect, as well as taking care when manoeuvring around tight corners and up and down the stairs. They went above and beyond to help with my move, ensuring that everything was unloaded into the correct rooms and didn’t leave until I was happy that everything was where it was supposed to be. The cost was significantly cheaper than other companies. They provided a top quality service for a more than reasonable price. I would highly recommend House of Jackson as a removal service and will definitely be using them for all moves in the future. Thank you Luke, Marcus and Brandon!
